Delivery driver we had tonight was very nice. Food was good, they even inclusive napkins, and paper plates... that doesn't usually happen with other pizza delivery places.

I had one of their employees try to fight me in the parking lot, by Goodwill on North Amidon. I was leaving the parking lot, and there was a truck parked diagnoly in the first parking area, and I couldn't see around it. I was cautiously edging forward to try to see around him, when a Pizza Delivery driver in an ORANGE JEEP RENEGADE, came flying through the parking lot, we nearly collided, but I saw her, and was able to stop. She then parks in front of me, blocking me in, and proceeded to keep me sitting there for five minutes, all while yelling profanities at me, and trying to fight me. That's when I noticed the Pizza Hut sign on the top of her vehicle. I pointed out the sign, and then grabbed my phone, that's when she finally moved, so I could get out. I drove to Pizza Hut, and called to talk to the shift manager. She assured me that this employee would be talked to and dealt with. Well, imagine my surprise when driving by that Pizza Hut, and seeing her jeep parked in front, with the sign on top of her vehicle, THE VERY NEXT DAY. How have they dealt with her, if she's still allowed to drive around with their advertisement on top of her car? This behavior is unacceptable, and she shouldn't be allowed to continue delivering pizzas for them. If she did this to me, she probably does it to a lot of people. She needs to be fired, or at the very least, NEVER allowed to deliver to anyone! She sets a terrible example, and should not be representing the company.

Not too great. Ordered a supreme and it was overcooked with mostly tomato sauce and toppings had fallen off in box. A huge let down.

Thought we would give 21st St a try...great delivery time HOWEVER, did not do the pizza crust as ordered, the melt was made with a chewy stale crust which it NOT what I have gotten before at any other location and the cheesy bread sticks were over done and not cut into strips just kind of left as a pan in a box. I think we will just do the drive to Maize Rd Pizza Hut like before or go to Cheezies who never disappoints.

I submitted an order online, directly from this location and not thru DoorDash or Uber Eats, an entire hour prior to closing and was updated via the tracker that they were working on the order, that it was now in the oven and even received an ETA down to the minute. I waited 20 min past that ETA before calling the restaurant just to be told that they had closed and apparently that tracker updates itself ON ITS OWN, pizza NEVER went in the oven. To cancel my order an ENTIRE HOUR prior to closing is utterly ridiculous. No courtesy call nothing just "All I can do for you is give you a credit" meanwhile everything else closed while I waited.

I worked for pizza hut as a teenager I know the ends and outs of this place but the 21st location is the worst location I've ever ordered from they leave pizza behind run out of dough and sometimes never show up for delivery I'm totally done with this location I will never order from her again

I just spent $21 on Pizza Hut melts and they were banked so hard that there's three of us and none of us can even buy into him so when I called to ask him how they're supposed to be they said thin and crispy or these are thick and burnt and then all I was told was yep that's how they come so thank you have a good
