Ordered Pizza, paid for garlic butter and I did not receive what I requested. By looks of it online orders are not fulfilled as requested or the personal reviewing the orders are not taking the time to read the orders and just sending out what they believe is correct.

Ordered a pizza online via “Pizza Hut” website and chose the S Oliver location to pick up….. got the pizza home and it was a wreck, all topping was sliding off, called to report it and was connected to Ashley (manager) who informed me that their ticket said extra sauce which is why the toppings wouldn’t stay on the dough! I informed her that my confirmation email from the “Pizza Hut” site doesn’t say anything about extra sauce and that I could come and show it to her…. It didn’t matter because they made the pizza like the ticket said and there was nothing they could do about it at the “Pizza Hut” location because the issue wasn’t theirs but the “Pizza Hut” online system!?!?! And that id need to call them to make a complaint…. Ok yea sounded like BS but I said ok Ashley, give me the number to call ….. she told me they weren’t allowed to. Give me the number to call that I had to look it up myself lol! The worst customer service I’ve witnessed in my life
I tried to order off the app and it wasn't working so I called up there and they help me get my food at really good price. When they delivered the food it wad one of the best pizzas I have had in a couple years. They just did an amazing job making the food and delivering it in a good time. Thank you so much to this pizza hut
Called about a pizza I ordered they couldn't find my account so I had to talk to a manager she automatically came out in attack mode with out me even being able to get a word in when I was just calling about my pizza. She claimed they couldn't find my address when if you put it in Google map it shows you the exact house and it has the address on the house. Then wanted to tell me to be professional when all she had to do was be professional and answer a call without unneeded attitude and trying to blame everything on me instead of just making it right

Let me start with our pizzas were great it was these new Chocolate donut things ?they were awful! We couldn't even eat them. I don't know if they were over cooked or what ? They were not edible so don't waste your $7 on them.
Did an online order, showed up at time pizza was supposed to be done was informed that pizza wouldn't be done for at least another hour and was screamed at for not answering my phone when they tried to call. My phone was in my work truck as I was doing service. I could understand they tried to call by why would I ever go back to a place where the staff was this toxic and rude.

I ordered for delivery the guy asked for do I want to add a tip. Sure 10 bucks. I waited 1 hour before I called back. So he answered the prone again and i asked him where was my order. He said (my bad I set it up for pick up) so I said why would I give a 10.00 tip to pick my shii up myself. He then pick a rude as woman ? on the phone that claim she heard our whole conversation and what she would do reoder my order and repay the 55.00 and my other money will return to my card ?. I said I'll be up the. This is the pizza ? hut in the strip mall on Oliver. I never get what I order from this location. They be stealing money ? from customers all the time. So I did re order but from pizza ? hut on pawnee and yes I went to pick it up. And to my surprise ? 33.00 so where did that other 25.00 go from my first order I I ordered the same thing ??
In all my 52 years, I have never dealt with the most disrespectful, unprofessional, rude people. It says on the Internet that this place is open till 11 PM. I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app at exactly 10 o’clock at 10:11, They contacted me and said we can’t do your order that you’ll get your money in 24 hours., No apology, when I asked, why did it allow me to place the order? Why did it take you so long to call me and tell me you can’t do the order and that the fact of it didn’t take 24 hours to take my money and I need it and wanted my money back. This is the closest to where I live, but it seems like every time there’s a problem so I go up there because it’s not fair that they kept my money. The manager was extremely rude so unprofessional that it’s very disgusting that Pizza Hut feels that is management material? He said he had his Regional general manager, Brittany on the phone and she advised according to him that if I don’t leave to call the cops on me, I’m trespassing all while they still have my money. Why will their app let you make an order if the store is closed? Pizza Hut took my money fraudulently and then threatened to call the cops on me when they were the ones in the wrong. I just had the worst taco pizza in my considerably long life. Zero taco seasoning, zero chips. No packets sour cream. 2 small tubs salsa. It was a cheese pizza on a crappy crust with a small scattering of lettuce and tomato. I threw it out.
