If you plan to use this location I advise you to pay with cash. The first time I used a card after paying online I was asked to see my card so they could ‘verify’ my card number, to which my card was then used fraudulently, thank goodness for my wonderful bank that caught it. This was several years ago and we didn’t go back to this location for some time after. Recently I used the online ordering again to pay with my card, went to my bank and took out $5 for a tip and gave that to the girl at the window…to my surprise $5 was added to my card which I am now disputing with my bank. No one should have to worry about any of these things when using your CC or Debit Card to pay. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me… THERE WILL NOT BE A THIRD TIME! I now refuse to eat at any Pizza Hut and it has nothing to do with their food quality but instead their lack of hiring good moral humans.

We went in to dine in. Waitress gave us bottled drinks instead of fountain drinks we asked for. When the pizzas came they were in boxes and waitress walked off without a word, no plates. I asked about it and was told it's cause they have no plates, only paper. We paid and left to eat at home. Never heard of a restaurant with only paper plates. They didn't say this b4 we ordered. Terrible service. The host was surprised when we said we wanted to dine in, guess we know why.

We go to this location pretty regularly. My grandfather lives nearby, and he loves pizza hut, so we dine in. This location never revived post covid for dining in. You kind of feel like an inconvenience being in there. There has never been anyone else there dining in. The staff is clearly accustomed to take-out and delivery orders and is generally less than personable or hospitable. Love to see these things improve as the food is always delicious.

Terrible, absolutely Terrible. Worst pizza I have ever gotten in wichita and I get a pizza at least once a week. I haven't gotten a pizza from this place in years. Thought I'd give them a shot after so long and was quickly reminded why I should never come back.

Not as advertised. We ordered specifically from Pizza Hut for their "My Haunt Box" (vampire themed box) as we are having a Halloween themed night. Not only did it not come in the packaging as advertised online but everything was separated, again not as advertised online. My receipt even stated that I got the "Fang" boxes. I wouldn't normally be annoyed by something like this but since it was a themed night and we only ordered from Pizza Hut for this reason, it's disappointing.

Slower delivery service possible. Made an order at 11:54AM for 1 damn stuff crust pizza and still haven't got it 2 hours later. And of course the store doesn't answer they phone.
This was the first time I have ever received my pizzas scolding hot. Even when I got home the crust was warm but the toppings were extremely hot didn’t realize until I took a bite it burned my lips and pulled pizza away the entire toppings came off and stuck to my chin and corner of mouth I got 1st and 2nd degree burns.! I guess now I will put pizza In fridge before eating it. Seriously first time ever was Pizza Hut pizza this hot!

On 9/01/2024 at 8:30 pm the young man manager was so rude and demeaning to the young lady in front of me that I felt embarrassed for her and myself. Maybe his parents own the franchise so he feels entitled? Job security from Mommy and Daddy? I would fire him immediately. And my pizza was terrible. I will not be returning to any Pizza Hut ever.

Went 2x just to still get the wrong pizza. On one pizza it had the wrong sauce and we didn’t even notice until we started eating it. The other one wasn’t even my pizza and then I went to go get a new one and came back and there wasn’t any pesto on it because they didn’t have any But I paid for it. The pizzas were very salty for some reason even the breadsticks were really salty. The girl at the window was very nice and helped me with my situation but overall, I don’t think I’m gonna get Pizza Hut for a minute. Our stomachs hurt from eating it and we barely even ate any of it.
