Every time we have ordered from this location, the pizza is cold and there is no sauce? I’m wondering who has been there the last 8 years that just sucks at their job. 0/10, sucks a bunch of wieners every time we’ve ate from there.

My wife and I decided to dine in, we had the place to ourselves. The guy at the counter was our waiter, he was very kind and seemed sincere. We had the delicious cheese bacon bread for an appetizer. It was awesome. I really enjoy that dish. For our pizza we had a thin crust meat lovers. It was so crispy and amazing. I was really impressed after not having it for a while. Will definitely be going back to this location soon.

This place is the shell of a popular restaurant. Their app is terrible, and doesn't allow you to redeem points. What's worse is this store will say your order is done on the app, and then when you wait in the drive through, it is still in the oven. Terrible. I will not be wasting time here again.
I waited for 25 mins in the drive through and sis not see a single team member. I went inside and there was a group of customers who had not seen a single person. Called the corp office thinking maybe they got robbed or walked out and they told me to talk to someone at the store… which is clearly the whole reason I was calling. Never again at this location.

App was impossible to create an account on. Took multiple attempts to order from website. Restaurant had an overpowering raw sewage odor. Probably won't order again in the future.

ZERO STARS- Dropped by for a late snack at 10ish and there were 3 people in line ahead of us...1 put his order in ahead of time, and 2 were picking up for a food delivery service. The phone was ringing the whole time we were in line and no one picked it up. We waited and waited and although we saw 3 people in the kitchen and a driver walk right by us, not ONE said anything to acknowledged any of us...not a "be with you in a minute", "sorry for the long wait"...nothing. We finally walked out of there and so did the man who had previously put his order in. Btw we went to a competitor's pizza place who knew the meaning of customer service. I posted this because if I was the owner or the manager, I would want to know what was happening to my place that caused customers to leave and never return.
The pizza was really good but the service was not. They told us our pizza would be ready 20 minutes but I ended up waiting 50 minutes! The big sloppy guy in the kitchen with hood long stringy hair is not appealing also!

I check this place out about once a year. They still need training and they should realize that customers are pretty important to their business. Ordered a taco pizza for delivery. Easy to make? The cheese had hardened ....not at all fresh. The crust was burnt. The delivery was 45 minutes late and the delivery guy laughed when I told him. I called the store 2 or 3 times and was continually told the delivery was on its way. Also ordered the cinnabon rolls and they were old. This has to be the worst Pizza Hut in Wichita. I would hate to think there is one beneath it. I give up on Pizza Hut. Even once a year.If I could give no stars or negative stars I would.
