Update: order a meat lovers and each slice that got pick up toppings just fell off. The wings and bacon cheese bread was good. Gotta do better with meat lovers and toppings not falling off each slice. Should of just order a pepperoni pizza at that point.

Very bad experience with the manager Alex(was told that was Her name) couldn’t take no 100$ was all I had , so I had to get change come back and then nobody wants to answer while waiting in the drive through. just go to the pizza places down the street. This place has also messed up orders time(New York pizza) and time again .

These people are rude as heck!!! Not to mention they don't even have a delivery driver after we have been trying to place an order for 30 minutes!!! I will keep my money and cook at home these restaurants needs to be shut down. The guy that just answered definitely needs a training course in customer service. 12/30/24

I tried so hard not to write a review on this pizza hut but enough is enough. One day order some food, you didn't send the Pepsi with it, you claimed the driver stole it. Then I order another time, the order was wrog and the cheesesticks were horrendous. Now today, the pepperoni was supposed to be hand tossed, you sent thin crust, and the cheesesticks or horrible. I don't pay ya'll to send me BS out the door. I pay to get what I ordered. Sick and tired of it.

Lazy workers cant do what you ask dont go to this pizza hut its definitely the worst one. Workers arent just lazy they are rude, Hope this one gets shut down truly not worth the time or money.

Pizza with horrible I ordered a meat lover minus the Canadian bacon guess what it came with Canadian bacon when you subtract a item you're supposed to replace it with another item which I asked for more Italian sausage there was none it was worst Pizza I had ever received from them Pizza Hut is going down way down they used to be my go-to place not anymore the last couple of times have been horrible I would have taken a pizza back but it was raining outside there was $23 of my money wasted I guess I had to eat that instead of the pizza never again... Thumbs down on that service at least on 21st and Woodlawn Wichita Kansas
This is horrible restaurant with horrible staff. They don’t even know how to talk to soneone. The general manager is so rude, he does not know how to talk to people. He should be banished. Managers don’t talk like this. He doesn’t give food to dashers and says everytime to come pick it up. Everytime I do doordash, he says I’m not giving to dasher you come pick it up. And when you hear the dasher side of story, they say he does not give us order, accusses of stealing and shuts the window on our mouth. If they have so much problem with dasher or doordash, why they don’t remove their restaurant from it. Horrible restaurant with horrible people.

The general manager here is so rude whenever I go to pick up a doordash order he accuses me of stealing the order and tells me the customer is picking up order which comes out that he calls the customers to come pick up their order.

Wrong order took then in hour in a half to bring me the wrong food ordered on the Pizza Hut app called the store and they told me call door dash and door dash number did not work so now I'm out 45.00 even gave me the wrong receipt with another customers information on it

Ordered online, one pizza was half cheese half pepperoni and beef it came with meat all over the other was a alfredo but it came with red sauce. I also didn't get The ranch I ordered.
