This place used to be so much better. I would get pizza from here all the time, and they had great customer service and management. They've now been under construction for 2 years or so, from what I remember, and now the Lobby is closed. The drive-thru is always busy due to inefficent business practices. Instead of hiring more drivers, they just have underpaid food dashers wait in their line for more than 20 minutes at a time to deliver their food on pennies on the dollar. They really need to adapt to the industry standards for food service. About a week ago, I called to try to get an estimation of the wait-time for a particular delivery, the guy hung up on me mid sentence when making the inquiry. I'm not rude at all and it really shocked me to experience that from a customer service representative. I hope in the future they have employees dedicated to going outside and talking to delivery drivers or customers to speed up the long wait and boost satisfaction. In a perfect world though, they would just hire more delivery drivers, this is most needed since food dashers should never have to deliver pizzas, they don't get paid enough for that kind of service. Their current method is so inefficient and the pizza is likely to be less fresh by the time it gets to the customers door.

I've had bad service the last 2 times I've ordered. My pizzas were cold and taste like cardboard after waiting forever. I don't think I'll Be returning to this location, and I Always use this location. I'm VERY Disappointed with my order and I had to give it to my dogs, it was so Bad!!!

The chronicles of our awful experience at this Pizza Hut: Places order. An HOUR later it’s finally ready. Order is incorrect and food is missing. Cannot go in the building and cannot get ahold of someone on the phone at this location. When someone comes out, we are finally able to tell them we’re missing food. They bring out the wings we ordered. When we finally get home from this nightmare, the food is cold, we are shorted some wings, and we got the wrong cheese sticks. To say this was a terrible experience would be an understatement.

Ordered a pizza. Was told it would be ready at 6:20. Show up at 6:20 and drive through line is full. Decided to go inside to pick up my pizza. Doors were locked. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through to receive pizza. When I asked why it was taking so long and if my pizza was going to be hot , I was told that I could order from a different location next time.

This place sucks. They don’t even have delivery drivers, only door dashers. Asked for Parmesan cheese on the instructions and even called to make sure they gave the door dasher some with the order. Still didn’t get any. At least the food was correct this time, unlike every other time I order from them.They seriously don’t care if they mess your order up.

So I ordered a pan style and bring home a hand tossed instead. They gave me the wrong pizza. So I call, guy answers and is really nice and says he will start a new pan pizza for me and to come drop off the hand tossed…..AND THIS IS WHAT HE HANDS ME. The SAME EXACT pizza. He put it in the warmer, had me waiting 7 minutes in the car with my 4 year old, and gave it back to me….NEVER TRUST PEOPLE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. Who would expect them to give me the same pizza back….What sucks is I looked and saw it and thought I WAS MISTAKEN. Bc really?? They wouldn’t do that to me… would they?
