This place doesn't deserve a one star for food. I arrived a little early to get my pizza therefore I didn't mind waiting. Nonetheless, most Pizza Huts have always had my order ready ahead of time. It was 10 minutes before my pick up time and only half of my order was ready. I ordered 4 boxes of pizzas at 10:30 that morning, pick up was to be at 5 pm. Honestly I believe I received someone else's boxes of pizza because one of my pizzas was wrong when it came to the crust, I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza. I don't want to make a long post but this was my first time at this Pizza Hut and I will not be back. Customer service was awful when handling the dispute of spoiled chicken and undercooked pizza. Now those pizzas were supposed to be thin crust all three. So if you're ordering from here really check your order before leaving. There policy is to bring back the messed up pizza which in my case I wasn't able to for it defeated the purpose of me ordering ahead of time. Long story short I was issued a store credit of the two majorly messed up pizzas after I called to get info on how to talk corporate. Because it really bothered me for the blame to put on me as if I was at fault.

I ordered on the app selected delivery like I've done 100 times in the past and "hunter" the Manager refused to deliver because he said I didn't select delivery over 4 bucks. I did select delivery and paid the tip for delivery and he said I selected carry

Had one small interaction with a worker who brought out my carry out order, in the freezing snowing weather, and did it all with a smile. Left me happy with my experience.
I placed a order online on October 31st 2023 at 4:26 p.m. at your location at 1708 East Pawnee Wichita Kansas 67207. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Kathy.She was so nice and helpful.I could actually hear the smile and her voice.That's what I consider a good hire.Keep up the good work with your training and development of your employees.I see such an improvement.I'm very pleased

Yeah these reviews are bogus. Pizza Hut has gone steadily downhill for the last 10 years. They used to have a low rating from actual customers because of horrible frozen product and lackluster service and now all the sudden there's a new account with great reviews?? These images and reviews are likely from corporate trying to offset their actual negative reputation.

Very clean inside and staff was friendly, and was the best tasting pizza that we have had in a long time from anywhere.
Person that answered that I placed an order before closing. I received a over cooked pizza. Requested easy cheese and extra sauce. Did not receive almost no cheese and no sauce.

Called our order in, but when we showed up 25 minutes later we were told they "forgot" and still had to wait.My son and I waited 15 more minutes and weren't offered a discount or anything to fix their mistake.
