Placed a mobile order, realized my mistake of placing the order at the wrong location. Tried multiple times to call the location in order to cancel and place the order at the right location. The phone was never answered and automatically went to voicemail advertising deals. Not impressed at all and completely unprofessional.

My roommate and I have been turned away from dining in at this Pizza Hut twice now. We showed up on weekdays around the early evening hours. Each time, a lady has told us that there's no wait staff and wasn't willing to do it herself for some reason. There's a huge sign on the door saying their dine in is open, which is especially appalling when we get turned away. I hope they see this and get their act together because I really enjoy dining in at Pizza Hut and don't want to give it up, and my roommate isn't willing to try with me anymore.

The common short staffed excuse. Lobby closed at 8 P.M. Buffet and salad bar permanently closed. Facility had a depressing mode. No wonder they are never busy.

This was a great Pizza Hut. No drive thru and that's ok it gave me an opportunity to get out of my vehicle and take a little walk. The girl at the counter was very nice and my order was hot and correct.
