It is normally decent! Our food tonight was horrible!!! Online time and actual store times don't match up! What's the purpose of having the times!! You would of thought this was their first Halloween to be open!! I heard at least 10 times in the hour I was there...."sorry we lost your order ". I think someone needs to step down!!!

About 8 years ago, I said I would never go to this location again due to very poor service. My husband apparently didn't know this. We had company over, but they said it would be ready in 30 minutes, so he went ahead and ordered. Over an hour and a half later, we finally walk out - with the wrong order, unbeknownst to us. Realize one order of cheese sticks is missing. I'm upset that dinner and myself are late for our company, so my daughter goes back in and waits 20 minutes...read full review
