About 8 years ago, I said I would never go to this location again due to very poor service. My husband apparently didn't know this. We had company over, but they said it would be ready in 30 minutes, so he went ahead and ordered. Over an hour and a half later, we finally walk out - with the wrong order, unbeknownst to us. Realize one order of cheese sticks is missing. I'm upset that dinner and myself are late for our company, so my daughter goes back in and waits 20 minutes to be told they could have them ready in 15 minutes. Yeah, right. Hubby calls me and says he called them and they are going to credit us back for the order of cheesesticks they failed to give us, so we leave. Just got my credit card bill - no credit for cheesesticks. At least I wasn't the guy who (at noon) ordered 5 large pizzas for 6:30 - and hadn't gotten them yet when I left at 7:15!!! (The lady told him to hey couldn't find his order). By the way, the one at Maple and Ridge is awesome - I've been going there for those past 8 years and they have never messed up an order and always take 15 minutes!

It is normally decent! Our food tonight was horrible!!! Online time and actual store times don't match up! What's the purpose of having the times!! You would of thought this was their first Halloween to be open!! I heard at least 10 times in the hour I was there...."sorry we lost your order ". I think someone needs to step down!!!
