I don't even know where to start. The menu is very limited, but that isn't the problem here. My friend and I have been walking around in the mall for a couple of hours for black Friday, so we went to dairy queen to get a pick-me-up snack and some waters. You would expect the waters to be free, because it's water, but it wasn't. The lady charged us 20 cents a piece for two small waters, and I didn't even receive mine! It may not seem like very big of a deal, but imagine if someone was dehydrated--would you really want to pay 20 cents to keep yourself from passing out or fainting? I don't think so. Not to mention, the week before that we got free waters from the same DQ, but from different people working there. So, being me, I said to the young lady "That's pretty strange because last time we came we got free waters." I have to confess, that may have been petty, but what happened next is the sole reason I'm writing this review. The young lady gave me a dirty look, and then looked over at the other young lady working there and started laughing at me! We paid, left, and will not return.

The food is so good and fresh the staff is friendly and helpful and if u didn't like something they made another one and they always have a sale for the pizza and a comps which is good and they do a free refil for the combo I always eat there â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ I love it

Been here a couple times now and it has been great each time. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is, of course mall food, but definitely would be my pick over everything else!

Because Towne West Mall has a very limited selection of places to eat, our family stopped here. I wouldn't make the same mistake again. When I noticed on the receipt that we had been overcharged for a combo (charged for a topped pizza combo instead of a cheese pizza combo) and asked the worker, Hatim, to refund the difference, he threatened me and told me to write a review if I didn't like it. My analysis: eat somewhere- anywhere- else and save yourself the frustration.
