Visited restaurant at 6:20 pm. They close at 9:00pm. The restaurant was clean, but on all but 4 tables, the chairs were up on the tables. Are they trying to discourage business? We were the only people in the store.

I am a long time customer and have always enjoyed your food and service. We eat here with my grandchildren who are not fans of sandwiches but love pizza. We get them pizza (when it was offered) or pizza boats (which they love). We have never been refused the pizza boats. They are older than 12. Today we were told that pizza boats are only for children 12 and under for future reference. I spend around $60.00 when we eat there and always leave a tip. I guess we won’t be eating at your establishment any longer.

This would have been my second time going there for dinner and I just can’t say I’m impressed or will go back. The first time I went I had a shredded chicken melt and the bread was so soggy it was almost like a pasta…. So as I got off work tonight and was in the area I figured I would give them a second shot. This time I ordered the meatball grinder and same as the first time, it took over 15 mins to make one sandwich and I felt like me ordering was a problem with the staff having to “work”. After sitting for 15 mins and looking around with 1 table of customers in the establishment I finally got my sandwich and went to eat in my car. The meatballs were cold and the cheese was not even melted, and same as the first time soggy bread with like warm sauce. (It took me less than a minute to get to my car). I don’t want to be rude or hateful but I definitely could have made a better sandwich at home with the time I waited and the money I spent. Would like to return if the food is better managed and the staff is more welcoming and knoledgeable, but for now I will not be returning.

Prices are a little high. Young lady at the counter didn't explain the meal prices very well. She just kept repeating the same thing. I wanted water and she did not mention they had fountain water. I got a bottle water and asked if the chips are included with the combo and she said no since I got a bottle water. I would have to buy the chips separately? I asked for a printed receipt, it was just texted. I was also disappointed that I could not earn points at the counter through the app. What is the point of having an app? If you do get points at the register, she never asked if i had a rewards account. I shouldn't have been surprised since there was literally no one in there at all.

I'm not a fan of hot sandwiches; but this sandwich was freaking fantastic. I got the Tuna Bacon Melt.
The tuna salad is so full of flavor. There are chunks of onion and pickles. Not over dressed. I asked for no lettuce because hot lettuce is yucky. Good quality tuna.
Only criticism: I wish the bacon was crispy because it just kinda mushes into the tuna.
But overall, 10 outta 10 recommend. Clearly, I ate most of the sandwich before thinking to take the picture.

This place is very well known at its other locations throughout the state and country. The location in wichita exposure wise is not the best for curb appeal. In a great area, but kinda like a hidden secret. Great food, great service.
