Great downtown lunch meeting spot. Great service.

Got the carne asada street tacos and they were a little dry, but overall were really good! Service was excellent and this Playa Azul is always clean with really cool decor!!

The food was great and so was our server! He even told me a better way to order my meal to get what I wanted!

The waitress recommended a chicken w/queso dish that was delicious! And it was a huge portion that I had leftovers for a couple days!

This downtown gem of a place is great for lunch or dinner. I’ve been in several times for lunch lately… the staff is great, the food comes out hot and quick, and there is plenty for leftovers. I had the Pollo con Vegetables with flour tortillas. It was perfect. The queso is just the right of spicy and consistency… not too thick and not too runny.

We went there for a reunion dinner. Each of us ordered a meal for our spouse. They charged us for to go meal! I asked the waitress and the manager. The waitress smirked and the manager asked us if we ate and I said yes. She proceeded to say that we were being charged for to food for blah blah blah I walked away. It is not right. If we sat down to eat and order to go for our family we should NOT be charged for food to go.

Juan Manuel is amazing as well as the other staff members. Clean restrooms... beautiful ambiance.. delicous salsa and the beer is cold, unlike the tap beer at the Pumphouse.

Kid-friendliness: I saw some families that were dining in here and the staff were very patient and very courteous and very understanding to very little children. Very family friendly.

I didn't like this place at all I went there with my mom n dad n I ordered a shrimp taco plate first the tacos had like 3 pieces of shrimp with a quarter of a cup of sour cream per taco the tacos were served on a flour tortilla with spoiled pico de gallo.. the server was not attentive my mom ordered a plate of camarones Costa Azul that had like 1lb of bacon n 8 shrimp n my poor dad ordered the same thing as I did.. really I wouldn't recommend this place nor do I waha be back.. also my mom ordered an orchata that was watered down. Sucks ..

Huge portions of food. Tacos Al Carbon was stuffed with meat. Very delicious. Our waiter was great. Prices weren't bad either.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The food was good. The queso was a little on the runny side, but other than that, no complaints about the food. It didn't mess up my stomach, so that is a plus.

the best playa Azul location I've had! staff was incredibly kind, the food was very fresh and delicious. was pretty slow (4pm) but staff was very attentive and did a great job. thank you guys ?
