Pollo Express - Mexican Restaurant Wichita

The place was pretty busy when I showed up. I was greeted by my server, Grace, very quickly for how busy it was. I got my food in a timely manner. The food was hella delish. Would def recommend.

Food is always amazing. Customer service o is great. Everyone always so friendly. Well it was then tonight they messed my order completely up. Got home and had to turn back around and they were rude and blamed us for the order being wrong. Very disappointed. I love this place but will never be back.

Hands down best Mexican food in Kansas. Tacos are amazing. The full chicken is amazing. Everything else is really great. Owners are really nice and friendly people and so are the staff. You definitely get your moneys worth here. The quality of the meat is really great and it has just enough of a unique flavor to stand out above the rest of the Mexican restaurants in town without being unfamiliar. Great classic dishes everyone knows and loves but flavor and consistency to the max. The aesthetic of the building adds to the experience in my opinion. I don’t want just another corporate bland food experience and this place reminds me that real unique authenticity with great food and service still exists. Really great rice also.

I don't eat meat but went to get a family member a Kansas burrito. I know from past experience when I did eat meat how delicious the food is, so I asked if they had anything like the Kansas burrito that would work for me. Both people at the front said they would fix me up something, and they certainly did! I wish I wasn't so far from them. Used to be alot closer. Still gonna have to make the trip anyways. Service is the way it should be but what you rarely get these days. I miss that. The food was so good. It tasted like it was made at home, not like fast food. Thanks to everyone who was working this past Saturday around 11:30.🫶🏼🌹👑

Will never go back! Owner snotty and charged me for extra mild sauce and they didn’t tell me when I asked for it and they have never charged for it in the past. Then he lied and said I had more than I had. The Rikin’s were only about a fourth of the way full and I had four which really only made one if they filled them right. A very snotty and hateful man!!!

Omg the prices here ARE INSANELY GOOD ! And the food MATCHES !!!!! this place is sooooo goood !!! Can’t wait to go back .. pollo express I’ve always rode past but now I no longer just think 🤔 I’m stopping in and ordering best decision on food in 2025 yet
