I really wish people would learn what dark meat is when you order a meal all dark they give you a leg a thigh and wing a wing is not dark meat on a damn chicken.

Stood and waited at least 15 minutes to place order,, couple behind me gave up and left.. I was getting ready to leave also when the counter girl took my order.. She apparently was running counter,, calls and drive up... Took at least another 15 - 20 minutes to get my order,, looked in the bag and saw I did not get my mac & cheese... But did get red beans and rice that I had not ordered... I stood at the counter about 5 minutes more to get her attention,,, never happened as she'd walked in back... In the meantime I saw another customer give up and leave.. Took my messed up order and left... Won't be back... KFC is closer to my home,, they'll get my business even tho cost is more...
And don't bother with the standard sorry about that response... I don't believe any attempt will made to improve your customer service....

I ordered doordash of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a side of mashed potatoes, when I received my order my potatoes were lukewarm even though it took over an hour.

On top of that they FORGOT the pickles on the sandwiches, and forgot the fork and napkins. The sandwiches were good otherwise.

This location may be the worst in kansas. Every time I go its an absurd wait and piss-poor food. This time I ordered online and still waited 15 minutes to get old hard chicken strips. I canceled my order and will never go back to this location.

Waited OVER an HOUR on a drivethru order for my food, had to go back after I got home to get some of my sides as they forgot them(at least they were quick to give me those). After 45 mins an employee told me "4 minutes for tenders" and it wasn't till 20 mins later that they got the tenders done.
Had several orders in queue for wings which they were out of, no sign of a manager anywhere, and if there was ill be amazed. The 3 employees in the front were just slowly wandering around doing tasks slowly, like filling sides, one who had to ask for help on how to make a side of rice and beans or mashed potatoes, instead of helping the large group of people at the counter.
When I had gone back to get my sides there were something like 10-15 people in the lobby in line all waiting on their order of wings and the employees were like "there's gonna be a lot of refunds", and there were other items I heard them mention being out of and saying they need to cancel orders.

Would give a 0 if possible, don't go here. Pick another place, you'll waste so much less time and sanity.

It took your team a whole hour to complete our order and when we went inside the entire crew was hiding in the back and we heard "If no one goes up there to help them they will leave." There was someone in there for 2 hours waiting. THEN you claim there is no manager on duty to issue a refund well guess corporate is gonna love that.

Waited for over an hour for our food stuff was missing from our order and when we asked for a refund they said we couldn't have one because there wasn't a manager on duty.. A guy that was in the lobby had been waiting for 2 hrs for his food because instead of telling people they are out of stuff they are just hoping people will leave after paying. I will not be coming back I should have went to KFC

Ordering food after 1am , definitely don’t recommend for anyone. The order wasn’t right we had to tell them it wasn’t right twice and after that the food was still nasty! Chicken tenders dry , like they was sitting up in warmer all night. Even the blackened tenders that have to be cooked fresh were all not fresh. Definitely don’t go any food from here after 1am. You will be disappointed and waste your money and time.

Food was great as always but you could definitely tell there wasn't a leader/manager on duty. It took over 20 minutes to get our food, yet we were the only ones dining in and we had small individual meals, not a family bucket. Every car in drive thru (which the most was 4 while we were there) had to pull forward to wait for their food and one vehicle waited for over 15 minutes. Employees 'forgot' customers were still in the building by having loud inappropriate conversation - more chat was being done than work. Sadly this location seems to be getting worse each time we go. 😞
