I ordered online and they asked me to pull up and then left me there for an hour. Then I called in and they made me go through the line again.

I had the hobenero chicken sandwich as a meal. The meal comes with a roll. They told me that they only come with the chicken meal. Even though it says it right above what I had ordered. They made me pay extra for the roles I ended up buying 6 rolls and they gave me 4 packets of honey I asked for a couple more and the refused to give me any more. After spending $38.00 I will not go back. The staff were just plain rude.

They don't have $5 chicken.
The chicken is consistently hot and fresh, but there seems to be an inventory issue at this location. The past 2 times we went they were out of sides and toppings, and the sauce for the spicy sandwiches is always lackluster. There was also no ice the past 2 times we went.
Still, the chicken is great and the service is amazing as usual. Just need to get the inventory under control.
BEYOND GHETTO & SO UNPROFESSIONAL ........Really Corporate....., find yourself some reasonable employees when someone wants to complain they shouldn't get hung up on. I called and asked for a manager, and she said OK can i help you. You know she's not the manager. but i spoke anyways. I told her, it's Lent why would you guys give us chicken sandwich on a Friday, today 3-21-25. She says well come and get a new one...No, we do not have time to go back. She hung up on me. I called back not once, twice and three times and no one answered. Again, GHETTO !!!!!!!!!! Terrible Service, I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION OR ANOTHER DAMN POPEYES AGAIN!!!!!!!!
A girl that worked there was excellent sorry I didnt get her name the first time I went the second time the girl was just ok
My blackend chicken tenders were pitiful they were paper thin and looked like death warmed over i definitely do not recommend this restaurant

I usually enjoy coming here however I don’t like false advertisement. I did the survey on the back of the receipt just. To be told in the store it’s only like 3.75 not only did I not receive my reward for completing the survey but they then proceeded to charge me $8 for the meal that was supposed to be free but took my 600 points from my account after I cancelled the order 🙄
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. The staff member at the drive-thru, a tall woman named Denashe, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She yelled at customers and treated them with blatant disrespect, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome at a restaurant. Popeyes should seriously address the customer service issues here, as this behavior reflects poorly on the brand. I will not be returning to this location and will advise others to avoid it as well until significant improvements are made.

Horrible service. Waiting in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes by the trash can as 12 cars have already come through and left with their orders sent my daughter in and she's been in there for another five. This is ridiculous, especially when you spend over $60. Won't be going to this location ever again. Seems to be a reoccurring thing at this location. And now they want to look at our receipt because they clearly forgot about us. I'm getting a refund 🤬🤬🤬 I mean really WOW JUST WOW. RUDE RUDE RUDE 1/7/25

They overcharged me when I seek relief from the GM her attitude was rude and disrespectful and she refused to refund my money. I reach out to corporations and they responded acknowledging the mistake making promises of a refund and othe stuff I never received and resolutions to the point I'm considering seeking legal action.
