Always horrible service here. Half the employees are stoned. There are 2 good managers that try and god bless them. Popeyes as a company would be better closing this one down.

Poor customer service Monday night manager tried over charging me and when it was brought to his attention he closed the window in my face guess he was going to pocket the money poor management

I order food for delivery they gave my order away . Refused to remake it or refund my money. DoorDash or Popeyes never brung my food or gave me a refund. They basically scammed me . Dont order food here to be delivered. You might not get it !!!!

we just visited this Popeyes this evening and ordered our food and everybody that was there before us got their food and we're still here waiting. this is very unprofessional for this Popeyes. I don't think we'll ever be back here

Will the was like 15 to 29 minutes then as you're standing there you hear that they don't have noFrench fries okay and after 20 minutes I get to the front of the line and I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and he says oh by the way we don't have gravy I said you think you could have mentioned that 20 minutes ago I would have left so everything sucked....?

We came on a whim.. couldn't figure out anything else. The food was fresh, always a plus.We got a crispy chicken sandwich and it wasn't dry! It had 2 or 3 pickles, toasted buns and some mayo.We also got the surf 'n' turf. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, not dried out and rubbery.Lastly, we got 3 chicken strips. Cooked fresh, so they were moist and tender.A great, quick dinner for under 20 bucks!
