Visited this location six months ago and my order was totally messed up. Today, Driving home from work-I said let me give them another chance. ordered my food and got home and guess what, order is messed up. This is not a one off situation. This is their standard. No process put in place to help ensure customers are getting everything they paid for.. at this point, we’re just getting robbed of our money because who actually has time to make it home and then drive back to a restaurant to pick up missed sides. It honestly makes you have no respect for the employees- you think to yourself how hard could it be to read a order and package it into a bag and then you start to feel sorry for them because you realize- wait, this IS hard for them to do. Read an order and package it correctly in a bag smh. Just know if you go to this location, you’re gonna leave mad one way or another from the lack of quality in their food, to the lack of customer service, and/or being robbed of your money because you didn’t get exactly what you paid for. Do better.

Ac is broke for inside dining. Waited 30 min inside for food while we were sweating. Also watched cook eating in back while cooking

This Popeyes on West Central is the worst of all the Popeyes in Wichita. These employees hand out crap food that's been sitting in the windows for who knows how long. When they box up the chicken, they give scraps because I believe the food is being eaten by employees. The last time I ordered food a 16 pc, I got 7 wings and 4 chicken breasts the rest were scraps. The sides were wrong. The only thing that was right was the biscuits, jalapeños and fries. I would love to talk to the owner about this particular Popeyes.

Very nice workers. Good food. Fast service. Lost power and they let us hang out for a while afterwards.

Dark meat chicken in Classic or Spicy 🥵
If they run out of dark meat they throw in white meat breasts and wings. They don't give you sauces condiments unless you ask & they only give a few even if you buy 20 pieces for the whole family. They charge 50 cents for any extra sauces of your choice. But their chicken and other items usually are fresh and hot and the cashiers are usually friendly. 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

Ordered ahead on the website to try to save time. Took a long time for them to talk to me at the order screen. Got to the window. Got told to pull ahead. Waited there for over 20 minutes as other people got their orders and drove away. Had to call the store phone for them to remember I was there. Finally got my order. Got home. They forgot my drink.

This was the most disgusting Popeyes I’ve ever attempted to eat. Cold dry no flavor. Like it had sat there all day long. And the man in the drive thru was super rude. Sorry to disturb your day man, but this is your job. Won’t be back in this drive thru. Horrible

Horrible service. Ordered a chicken family meal, given a tenders meal. The mashed potatoes were nasty obviously from a box not actual potatoes, didn't get full order. Didn't receive desserts ordered
