Ordered 2 combos online, they were out of potatoes so my side of fries apparently didn't make it through to their system. Even after proving with my online receipt that I paid for it both the worker and the manager refused to give me a substitute side. I was cheated and I will not be returning.

Popeyes has good chicken but the service here at the West Street and Central is horrible. Every employee just strutting around super slow and rude. Orders take forever and drive thru backed up all the time. I stood there and no one asked if I needed help and when you ask for help they act like you asked them to dig a ditch with a spoon. Screw this place and all the rude employees.

The chicken was absolutely disgusting do not i mean do not go here it was so old and stale i couldn't even bite i waited about 15 minutes at the drue thru only to get OLD STALE CHICKEN ...s Seneca location same Grouse........

Such a good place. I live by the N. Maize Popeye's but will gladly drive to this one instead. Both have nice, friendly employees. But this Popeye's has good servings size for their meals. It feel like I'm getting value for my dollar here. Would definitely, positively recommend.

We bought large chicken bucket of 8 pieces. 4 were wings. That doesn't seem right for cost + sides cost too much. Coupons were available but I didn't have with me. That would have made it more reasonable.

I am an elderly person so I go to the drive through. I waited about five minutes to place the order. I asked the woman why it was taken so long. She said if you want it fast come in. And told me there were only two people helping. I placed my order. She told me they had no chicken strips, it will be 7 min. By then 15 min. had passed since I arrived to the restaurant. I waited another 20 and my food was no where to be found. So with all difficulties I went inside and waited. A very rude manager asked another preparer for my order then look at me and said, oh this must be her, in a very rude way. I said I am sorry but I have been waiting for my food 30 min. Instead of apologizing he said I told you we were busy! And asked me if I wanted a refund. I said yes. He asked me for my ticket, I said I don't have one because I don't have the food. He said at loud there is always a Karen! The manager, being so disrespectful when all I did was ask for the food. Inside there were 4 food preparers not 2. No respect, rude manager. I do not recommend this location at all they always take too long!!!

There was only 2 people in the drive through, and it took at least 15 minutes to get our food even though we were first(Only ordering for 2 people too). Also, they're likely to forget something in your order unfortunately. The food is great, but the service is pretty bad.
