Every time I order online I end up waiting anywhere from 30-60 minutes AFTER I arrive for a small order. 5 pc chicken, 2 potatoes & 2 rolls pre-made.They NEVER have any other chicken than breast then we're told we have to wait an additional 15 minutes for the chicken to cook. I've literally been asked to pull up from the drive thru & forgotten about for 30 minutes & have to go in & ask for them to find my order. This visit was a 50 minute wait for an online order.The young man that's working the counter is always nice. These people need more help. This has been happening for at least 1 1/2-2 years.MESSAGE TO THE OWNER: HIRE SOME HELP!!!!!!!!I highly recommend NOT using the online ordering system. Go in and order what they MIGHT have cooked.Back in the day we were afraid of actually being fired for not motivating. They have one kid taking orders, filling orders & fighting his way to the back in order to run the French frier. They need more help. I can absolutely see why people lose their tempers in these places.I've given this place 3 chances since my hour king drive thru wait thinking they'll get better or hire more help, I'm done.The owner gives folks a job, pays them which takes care of them. They in turn should take care of their job & customers in a timely manner. Which in turn takes care of the owner & the business. If that doesn't happen the business fails. The employees & owner no longer have a way to support each other. MEANING NO BUSINESS & NO JOB !Do y'all see how that works.There's clearly something causing these long waits.

The music was my favorite thing about popeyes... the manager apparently dunno what real music is... they play poppy euro dance boy band junk... instead of the realest music in the world...Now iduno what the point is... ain't nothin Cajun bout this chicken... its pop music chicken... like, the worst u could do, thats what you did... greattt..

They always forget something in my order and they weren't that busy. So I called and spoke with someone I was told to ask for manager when u got there, they lady at the counter was helping couple that was in front of me and was going to make me wait til she filled their order. U told her ma'am I was told to ask for manager because I did t receive my mashed potaties. She asked me if I had receipt said she needed to speak to manager I told her thats what I just asked u, ok let me just finish them( the customers in front of me) so she was gonna make me wait longer... I told her all I need is my potatoes my car is running. She gave me an ugly look with an attitude. I said thanks and left. Every time they forget something in my order and they act as if it's my fault. Smh disappointed in their customer service and the legs of chicken they gave me were some puny little legs. Smh
The Spicy Bacon and Cheese Sandwich was really good. Was made just right. The serving of fries could be bigger. Might be enough for most people. Service was really good through the drive through. They were fast, friendly and professional.
Store was clean. They had a lot of people in the back of the house. It seems that the cashier was the only person who knew what to do or how to do it.
