I’ve been coming to Pumphouse for about 2 years and the food and drinks are always great! Food comes in a pretty hefty proportion size for a great price. Beer is fairly priced as well. Love the environment.

In town for dad's surgery stopped by for lunch with my sister and her boyfriend. Sandwiches were really good and love the choice of music and atmosphere outside table. Angie was an amazing waitress very quick, professional and attentative. Prices are fair, won't break your wallet. I'll be back next time I'm in Wichita 4 sure!! Parking isn't guaranteed but not far walk..

The cook here has been on point. We had the fried chicken breast sandwich and the full service pizza Monday - excellent! We got the fried chicken sandwich again & fish & chips tonight (Wednesday) - WOW excellent again. It is like they want you to come back! Great prices too!

Wonderful place to enjoy a sandwich, beer, and a game!
I have probably written this review a hundred times but it’s always been too difficult. This past summer, we gave our precious boy Hank, his last best day on earth. We ventured out to Pumphouse since they allowed dogs so we could grab a small bite before having to say goodbye. Not knowing what to expect, I have to say the staff and service completely blew me away. They didn’t know it was Hanky’s last day but they treated him like a king. We sat outside on the patio, they brought him water with ice, gave us a doggy menu, brought him his own cheeseburger, and gave him so much love and attention… Beyond the food and service for Hank, our food and service for us was outstanding as well. I would recommend this place to anyone! I can’t thank the staff enough for not only making Hanks last day but also giving us such a wonderful last memory with our boy. We haven’t been back since just because it’s been difficult but we are hoping to return each summer on his anniversary to remember him!

Your bouncers are awful and disrespectful. You should NEVER put hands on someone unless the person was getting physical, especially if that person was trying to leave. I witnessed my friend get physically assaulted by one of your female bouncers over a hand gesture because your bouncers apparently cannot contain themselves over a hand gesture, pathetic. Sticks and stones.

The bouncers at this place are absolutely insane and disrespectful. I was wrongfully physically mishandled, and assaulted by a bouncer who got upset over a hand gesture as I was already trying to leave the place with 30 mins til closing. The bouncer (s), also placed hands on my sister who has a physical disability and by ADA laws you cannot touch a person with a disability. No way is it right to put your hands on anyone IF no physical altercation is going on. When I went to call to speak with the manager of pumphouse to address this issue all she said was, well maybe you shouldn’t have flipped the bird at the bouncer. I get that, but it gives them no right to put hands on me as I was already walking away to leave. This place values their property over the people!! Absolutely awful awful service. Don’t go here!!

Had a one off time with a not so great Chicken Sandwich. Daron the manager made things right and even followed up to make sure everything was corrected. 5/5 simply because their food is usually always good and the service received afterwards was totally up-standing.
