Any issues with something will not be dealt with in a quiet friendly professional manner even if it was their own fault. The blonde orang and pink haired lady there has no business approaching a customer as she cannot handle things professionally. Issues can be resolved without eliminating a possibility for a customer to return to your business.
the young lady I had today became very hostile after I asked if my friend was working today as I was ordering.
towards the end, just after I payed, I asked for a to go bag and she whips her head in my direction and asks me if the quesadilla is to go too.
when I say yes, she throws the container she just had back onto the pile of other ones and walked briskly to do something.
