Previous visits have been good, but this definately makes me rethink ever going back. Ordered a steak bowl and a shrimp bowl. I got it home and my wife said she thought it smelled off, tried a bite and immediately spit it out. I left my food at home and went to take hers back to the store. I asked for a bowl with just chicken, rice, and guac, and for a refund of the difference. I didn't bring my wallet with me as I thought this would be a simple exchange, but after 10 minutes of the employee trying to give me a refund, I got tired of waiting and left. Not sure why they just couldn't give me the 2.50 in cash and get the numbers right in their own time, but I guess that's not how they do things. On top of all of this, the chicken in the replacement bowl was overcooked and rubbery.I won't be back again.

The only thing good about this location is the service, and even that is a gamble. The food has been pretty awful on my last three visits and I won't be returning. Small portions, dry/rubbery meat, unevenly cooked beans and very mushy rice. Employees can't even bother to mix burritos anymore. This place just needs to close at this point.

i eat Qdoba all the time..maybe this was just an off day. chicken? burnt. beans? not cooked. portions? uneven. i got a bowl of basically rice, burnt chicken, hard beans, and 4 types of sauces that still wasn’t enough. chips were also very stale. this location experience is definitely different than the east side.

Really disappointed. I went in there around 6 or 7 and got a bowl with shrimp. I should've went with my instincts in asking they make a fresh batch because it was past rubbery. It was hard as a rock. I ended up getting sick from it. My boyfriend had steak in his bowl and it was also pretty bad. Super rubbery nasty stuff.

The lady working this morning was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the first question I asked about the menu, she gave me such a horrible attitude and was visibly annoyed I was there. I had a coworker who happened to go there a couple hours after me and said they were treated even worse. I will never go here again. To describe her she was lady who was missing several teeth (sorry if that’s offensive)

I'll never go back again. Absolutely terrible. $12 for mostly beans and rice. The brisket was dry and I only received a tablespoon of it. I highly recommend not going.

Where is the flavor!? This food is flavorless. The chicken has no flavor, the steak has no flavor, the beans have no flavor, the roasted salsa has no flavor, the queso has no flavor. If you want this style of mexican food go to Chipotle. I am very disappointed, my wife is very disappointed and we will not be returning to this Qdoba or any other. I regret having bought this. I would go so far as to say its unappetizing. The only reason I ate it was because I was starving.
