I just ordered a double cheese burger with fries and a 6piece wing. The barge is flat out amazing. The wings are nice and juicy. Fresh cut fries nicely seasoned. 10/10. I will shop again

Got the brown bag special. And an extra dollar burger. The burgers didn’t have cheese but they were delicious. Fry’s had good seasoning. Will definitely be back for a good cheap burger.

Ordered thru grubhub, plainly stated extra extra extra crispy fries....they were limp, greasy and tasted like they had sugar on them....plainly state no ice in the drink....Styrofoam cup was 3/4 ice.
The burger was ok but the buns were soppy with grease....luckily i dont eat the buns.
Ordered a large order of fried pickles....they were omitted from the order...grubhub refunded that part of the order.

I will never order from Ques again......always try to keep my money going to locally owned.....but never will i order from Ques again

Lots of missing food from our to - go order. No cheese on burgers (was extra charge), no grilled onion. I Paid extra for tartar sauce (menu says its a charge) and requested extra with the fish meal. Even though we ask to make sure we were told it was in the meal and we got none! The kid's meal had no fries, it as a piece of fish and a slice of bread. Got no drinks we were suppose to get. Even though it was a clean restaurant I don't suggest going when they are busy. The service was sad and it was chaotic. The fries are good, the fish was good (even with my homemade tartar sauce since I paid for theirs and didn't get it) the burgers are average. Probably won't go back.

First, I want to start by stating that I absolute do NOT enjoy leaving less than great reviews. When I need to, I do not make it personal, I simply state the facts. Unfortunately, I have to do that today, on this review.

I organize a monthly luncheon for my work team. Lots of places cannot, or will not host a group that large with call in advance type request (which is ideal for guaranteeing seating together, and helping expedite an all at once order for that many people). Last week I called Que’s to see if they could accommodate 10 to 12 people. They said they could, and would be happy to have us.

I called yesterday to call in the number of people, and the individual orders (with names). That process proved to be much more difficult than expected. Once I got it explained, I gave the names and orders, and confirmed we’d be there at 11am the next day.

We all showed up a little before 11am today. A few people before me paid with no issues. When it came to me/my name, I wasn’t even on the list – despite being the first name & order given the afternoon before. Ok, got that done. Everyone paid and we all got sat down together shortly after 11:00. The food didn’t start coming out until 11:22; not sure what good it did calling it in… The last three #8 meals didn’t come out until 11:37am (mine being one of them). Most everyone else was finished eating by then. No one got drinks until we asked after the last three meals came out. One co-worker got fish. Didn’t get his tartar sauce until 11:40 or so… There was one squirt of ketchup on the bottle on the table. We asked for more, and were brought out a bottle that had maybe an inch of ketchup left in the bottle. Again, just stating the actual facts of the visit. From the reviews, it doesn’t look like the just opened, as there are reviews from two months ago. I thought maybe the large group caused all of this inefficiency, but there was another table with five guys, and they seemed to experience almost the exact same issues as described above.

The hamburger and fries were delicious, and everyone else said their food was good as well. That is the saving grace of the whole visit. Unfortunately, all but one in the group said they’d not return. The food is the only thing that kept me from rating this overall review any lower.

My family and I tried out this family ran carry out spot last week on Thursday which happens to be their $1 hamburger day. We ordered eight of their $1 burgers and we added cheese for an extra charge, catfish dinner with fries and kool-aid, large order of fried okra, and I add 3 lettuce wrap burgers and they were so kind and sweet and gave those 3 to me complimentary. The food was delicious and the hamburger meat was well seasoned and homemade. The catfish was a nice meaty size and seasoned well. The only critiques we had were the okra needed more seasoning and the fries as well and just fried a little bit longer but other than that the family enjoyed everything we got and we will be returning back again!!! We give it 4.5 and definitely recommend you all stop by.

Parking: There is parking but just a smaller parking lot.

My mushroom swiss burger was great. I would definitely eat here again. I would pass on the fried pickle spears.

I want to share my experience at your establishment, as I believe constructive feedback is essential, especially for local businesses.

I visited for the Tuesday $1 burger special and arrived at 12:46 PM. I placed my order at 12:48 PM but didn’t receive my burgers until 1:20 PM—32 minutes later. I was the only customer at first, but when another gentleman ordered seven meals, he was served before me, which felt very unfair.

Despite my attempts to be patient, it was frustrating to see the staff prioritize his larger order over mine. Customer service is vital, and this experience was disappointing. Because of it, I’m unlikely to return or recommend this place to others.

Went to ques for lunch and the food is amazing. Nicely seasoned and cooked fantastically. We got the mushroom Swiss burger and the bacon cheddar burger and the fried pickles. Both were fantastic, not overly greasy considering how huge the burgers are. You definitely get the food you want for the prices they have. Will for sure be returning to Ques again and again.
