Excellent! All around. It can get a bit noisy when it’s a full house but the that is drowned out when you receive your drinks and food. Try the old fashioned! All the sandwiches we have tried, which I believe now is almost all of them, are so good. The fries and Mac and Cheese phenomenal. Service has always been fantastic.

Stopped in for dinner this evening. We were seated and drink orders were taken right away. Food ordered soon after. Food came out in a timely manor. Sandwiches were very good along with their fries. Drinks came aout quick also.

Not your average sandwich. These are great sandwiches fresh quality ingredients. The breads are amazing, The servers are very pleasant and helpful fun atmosphere. I can't to sit on the patio in the warmer weather.

Tried this place last week and we weren't disappointed. The food was great.. I had the " Eagle " and it tasted so good. It's so hard to find a really great Roast Beef sandwich and they delivered a fantastic sandwich. Service was excellent and even though it was busy we were seated pretty quick.. I'm hearing impaired so it was a little hard for me to hear over the crowd but I would easily recommend Red Bird to anyone.. looking forward to our next visit

Pricy because everything is a la carte. Two people eating out was $37 before tip. Food is good but probably overrated since all the reviews were raving about it and it was good but not outstanding.

I’ve been here a few times and the Cuban has been the best although not the best I’ve had. We went today and both of my wife’s sandwiches were not good. The chicken salad had some spice in it that hits your palette immediately and it’s not a good thing. Also, the bacon “jam” was not good. More of a paste than a jam. My salad was big and dressed well. Maybe recipes aren’t being followed correctly?

The food definitely has room for improvement. Anything house made with the word “garlic” in the name should have more garlic in it. Either find a way to make the tomato relish less wet, or use the bread with the relish as the top side so the toasted bread doesn’t get squished & soggy (is this a reasonable concern?). Do they use balsamic vinegar for the tomato relish? It’s probably just my personal taste, but I don’t like it. It tastes like when I tried to make it at home using a Hellofresh recipe but with a little more seasoning. I do like their meats, produce, breads, and cheeses. No complaints about that. Their fries have a crunch that will make your soul sing, and their ranch has a prominent and very pleasant dill flavor (you can taste how fresh it is). The elote pasta salad is dry, though. The flavor is fine, but a great pasta salad for me has a creamy dressing no matter what fusion it is. They seem to be extra cautious of salt. Good for them, but that’s not something I’m concerned about. They use the wrong kind of lemonade, as well. If you wanna know if the food is good or gorgeous no matter the place, taste their lemonade if they have it. This place is good. Also, always be kind to your servers! This place is new, but it has a lot of potential and I really enjoy the concept!
