I ordered my meat medium rare and it definitely came out rare. I chose to keep mine and I was glad I did because my son's was also rare instead of medium rare and he sent it back. He waite at least 20 minutes (probably closer to 30) and got it "well done".For that price they should get it right the first time.On the plus side, our waitress was impressive and attentive. Nice job!

Not your typical restaurant. Outstanding service and servers. Manager was attentive and professional.Kid-friendliness: The kids have fun.
At 6pm on a Monday night I went in to eat dinner. I ordered Walts shrimp. The meal comes with 10 fried shrimp on a plate, and a baked potato. 17.00. Nothing more to the meal. The baked potato that they sent out on my plate actually looked like a " new potato " that someone baked. It was so very small. It had a tiny dallop of sour cream the size of a quarter...and very little butter. I was shocked. I initially laughed in disbelief and then I got up and found someone to get a manager.The manager came to my table, and I pointed at my plate. I said " look at this baked potato " ! She tried to act like she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her that it was so tiny, and she said,.."Well,..that's all we have". "I could discount the potato off of your meal,..or I could bring you another one". I had her bring out another one that took 15 minutes to get,..it was the little brother to the one on my plate. Unreal. The shrimp was dry and rubbery. The biscuits were the only good part of the meal. In my humble opinion Red Lobster is not going to be around alot longer. With the menu changes, the portions and quality dropping so low, and the prices continuing to rise. I will not ever go back. I used to LOVE eating at Red Lobster.
