My party ordered whisky river burger medium and they got them well done and they were very very dry, the whisky river bbq chicken sandwich was like rubber, the lettuce came soggy, so not impressed with the supper tonight. The only thing good was the fries and queso. Disappointed 😔

Today is February 13, I stood at the front waiting to be seated for several minutes. Made eye contact with 4 staff members, not a one acknowledged me, had one at the bar do a double take looking at me. Still no response. I left and went next door to eat. If this is the way customers are to be treated I won’t be back and will recommend friends and families not to bother coming by.

All the employees ignore me at the take out counter i am just standing here waiting
Had my heart set on endless sweet potato fries but 1st batch was dried out. Thought I might have been too picky so my husband tried one and had to spit it out. They were chewy like beef jerky. The server tired to get me better one but 2nd batch just as bad. She had her manager take them off the bill. Was disappointed that the mgr didn't talk to us about it.

Service here has gone downhill fast. Last two times we were there, it was quite a chore to get the waitstaff convinced to pull their finger out of their nose kong enough to actually pay attention to us.
The last time, the waiter took our order (finally) didn't bring any of the "unlimited fries" before or after, and never even checked on us at all. Had to go get my own glass for a beer which was in a bottle and that was quite a hassle as well. (Five more people who got upset when I didn't let them ignore me).
I did however, get attention when I didn't leave a tip. Then I got the death glare and his full attention.

Our family of 10 made a reservation there last night (12/27/24) after we got done walking thru the botanical gardens. It took us a bit longer to get out of the gardens than we thought so we didn't end up making it there til about 9. We stood at the front, waiting for someone to seat us for about 5 minutes and that should have been our sign to leave, but we were all hungry and we all love Red Robin so we waited. When we finally got seated, it took about another 15 minutes or so for our waiter to come get our drink order. It was pretty easy; 7 waters, 2 adults got pops and one child's pop but it still took about another 10 minutes to get our drinks and for our waiter to take our orders. We all knew what we wanted, not only because we had plenty of time to look at the menus but because we all generally get the exact same thing every time we go to a Red Robin so that went pretty fast. Usually at other Red Robin's, within minutes of ordering out come the fries, but not at this location. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, my mom had to go ask someone for our fries and we were told it'd be about 5 more minutes because they were making fresh ones. Ok, no big deal, we're getting piping hot, fresh fries. Nope. Another 10 minutes go by and we finally get our fries and me and my dad's fries were cold and nasty and tasted like they'd been sitting under lights for awhile. My dad was so upset, he got up and went outside to cool off so he didn't get mad at anyone. I'm not even sure how much longer it was before we got our food, but surprisingly all the orders were right and it was good. Now, y'all may be thinking it took that long because they were busy, right? There were 13 people in that restaurant; us 10, a couple who got their drinks, fries, food and were paying by time we got our fries and they hadn't been there much longer than us and another was an employee drinking at the bar. Which, the lady bartending had taken out the trash and got the other employee a draft beer and didn't wash her hands in between so that was pretty gross to see. There was also something spilled all over the flood and instead of one of the many employees that were in there messing around cleaning it up, they just put a wet floor sign there and kept walking over it. I have never been to that Red Robin before; we always go to the other one (which we ALWAYS get amazing service there) but this one was closer to the gardens but after last night, I will never go back to that location. IF there was a manager there, we never saw one to complain about everything. Many times we were about to get up and leave, but again we were all hungry, it was getting late and we still had to drive back to Newton. I've been to several Red Robin's and I've never had this kind of poor service, even when we went to the other Wichita location a few years ago during state basketball tournaments and it was packed. Just beyond disappointing, especially for the prices.

Food was good atmosphere was decent the problem is we went last night the bill was 116.xx and some change for a party of 5 and we paid with a credit card and left a 20 dollar cash tip. Checked my bank account this morning and my card was charged 136.00 dollars 20 over what the bill was and I marked 0 as the tip and signed the receipt definitely won't be going back as that is stealing from you patrons I advise not to eat there or check you charges before you leave 😑

Took my teenaged grandson there for his birthday. We had a great time. Food was good, as always. Service was great and they sang to him. Fun was had by all. I would highly recommend

I wish they would put the alcohol prices on the menu because I would have never ordered a $14 margarita if known it was gonna be that much. Wasn't even that good and mostly just ice.
Also the waitress managed to dump it on me and the chair because it was so overflowing. Total disaster.

My wife got the worst cold fried pickles. They were literally crumbs. Even the girl behind the counter said she wouldn’t accept that if she had ordered it. The girl said the manager had stepped out and she didn’t know when he would be back. Corporate refuses to fix it and the store refuses to contact me to fix it so I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau today.

Service and food were awesome. Back ground noise was terrible 😔. Hate going somewhere and you almost have to yell at the people across for them to hear you.
