I am super impressed with RedRock Canyon in Wichita. This restaurant has seriously upped their game since I last visited. Highly recommend the “Nice Little House Salad” with the adobe dressing! I’m normally a ranch-aholic but I swear they put some crack in that dressing. I honestly could have licked the plate. Filet was cooked perfectly and the service was delightful. Daniella was truly a lovely server who stayed on top of everything I needed and made recommendations that were a winning combination for my early dinner. Well done RedRock!!!

Visited on a wednesday around 5:30. Already crowded enough to get a very Tight booth. Service was great, waitress was on top of drinks and friendly. The chicken meatball and cornbread appetizers were great. Hawaiian steaks cooked to order excellent. Meatloaf just ok.

Really great food specializing in rotisserie chicken. For a treat, try ordering the “cluck and oink” for a combination plate of chicken and ribs, or the “cluck and moo” for chicken and steak — neither is on the menu but always available!

We had the roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots. It was amazing. Then we had pineapple upside down cake. It was moist, great flavor and the carmel pineapple glaze was so tasty. We were there on a busy friday night. Service was timely, servers were very kind and attentive. Great dining experience. Just happen to pick this restaurant on our travels from Minnesota to Texas ?
