I could have done better at the McDonald’s value menu. I literally spent almost $20 for a sandwich that was the size of a nickel.

Been eating here since 2019. This past year has seen a decline in food quality. Brisket dry and with little taste. Baked potato undercooked. I am very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I was wondering why the place is slow for dinner and I suspect it’s the quality of their BBQ

Received a phone call from a server almost 2 hours after getting home with my food stating that I didn’t pay for it…. I ordered online, received an email receipt, and my card has a hold on it for the correct amount 🤔🤔 Then the server proceeded to ask for another payment……. Idk what kind of scam your trying to run here but I will NEVER order from here again and will be sure to let everyone know to watch their cards after eating here.

Had lunch today, potato with pulled pork and turkey, the potato was undercooked and cold, service was crap I was completely bypassed first round of ordering drinks ,no apologies for that mistake,food took over an hour to get to the table, unacceptable no matter what day of the year it is most people were gone by the time food showed up, paid my bill with cash and didn't receive all of my change, left because it wasn't worth the hassle, this is by far the worst visit I've ever had ,very disappointing.

Had a family member go there said they was really Rude manger and waiter that don’t know anything if you don’t like talking to people don’t get a job in the restaurant business. Be polite and professional. I’m not taking my family there or me

Can't say much about the food because note only 5 tables had people. I sit for over 15 minutes nobody even came to my table. Where has the service gone to? But yet they wait staff expect a tip. Me review is totally on service. Get better or will start losing customer's.
