I have always enjoyed Rib Crib over the last few years, but lately the meat has a large fat chunks in it. when you get pulled pork you have to dig through it cuz there's huge chunks of the skin and fat. Big spots of not edible fats. I completely understand that when you cook it with the fat you get a lot of the flavor but you shouldn't be serving that as a meat part.
I always have a great experience here. The food is great and comes out quickly. Easy going atmosphere and we can typically get in without much of a wait. The service is great. Even if I try something new it’s always great.

I was wondering why the place is slow for dinner and I suspect it’s the quality of their BBQ
