I travel often and this is the best airport dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Teresa was a great, friendly bartender. I was in a bit of a rush, and my food took less than fifteen minutes. The macaroni and cheese was next level. I didn’t see any vegan option, but there are definitely plenty of good vegetarian options.

I’m mostly vegetarian, so eating well in Kansas can be a challenge. River City offers excellent cilantro rice and steamed broccoli sides, which were perfect alongside their stellar Cactus Queso dip with tortilla chips.
And their pickle margarita comes with a whole pickle spear … seriously!
