The owners are great! The food is top-notch. I highly recommend the Anita's special! Deliciously flavored steak and chicken with rice, melted cheese, and hot tortillas. I personally like to add jalapenos and ask for lime with their hot sauce. It keeps me coming back every time and is a regular spot for me.
I have been in a few times and each time the food was fantastic and the people were so kind and friendly. The restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were nice. They have their own parking lot on the side of the building which made getting to it easier on busy days. 10/10 recommend the flautas or the chorizo plate.
My daughter and I stopped in here last week for lunch and were not disappointed. The low-key restaurant is spotless, the waitstaff friendly and attentive, and the food is exceptional. As a SOTX native I'm experienced in the consumption of Mexican food and this is some of the best I've had. Highly recommend the chorizo plate. We returned 2 times more before returning to Texas.
