Genuinely one of the best steaks I've had. My Dad's ribs, absolutely fall off the bone, tender, and delicious.

Great food!! Had me AND my daughter in a sleep coma getting home. 🤤😂 Nolan was absolutely great helping us!! 1000/10 Service. The only SLIGHT issue not granting quite a 5 star was the price. More on the expensive side. Otherwise, GREAT food and service! For a once every month or so spendy night? Highly recommend! 👍🏾

Our waiter Bryce was HANDS DOWN INCREDIBLE!! I have never had a better experience eating out! He was funny, knowledgeable about the menu, EXTREMELY attentive to our party!! We will definitely be back to see him and this restaurant again!

Terrible, I have ate saltgrass at many places this was terrible. Fix the service and food prep. I should have went to texas roadhouse they are always on point. Leadership needs to address this location asap.

The positive points are the following:
1. The wait staff have great personalities. Our waitress had a awesome personality. She went above her service for making sure that we had everything. The place was very busy and the waitress explained that to us. We were a party of 8 people. So, she was repeating coming back and forth to our big table.
2. The appetizers are fantastic and yes, worth the prices for them. We started out the big jalapeno poppers with shrimp inside them. Plus Onion fries as well. The taste was so good with that coating on the outside of each one of them. He order 12 of them for all of us. As we were finishing up with them. One of the managers brought out to our big table. Another round of 12 Jalapeño poppers. Plus a big size plate of onion fries as well.
3. We order all variations of steaks. We all had salads except for two people. Our steaks were fantastic cook to the way we all like them. Everyone had to ask for a box. In order to take food home because that's how much you get. We all got full from the appetizers and our salads. that we were able to see a little bit of our steaks and potatoes. But we had to take a lot home. That will tell you how big the portions are at Saltgrass.The quality is so delicious you don't need steak sauce to put on top of it.
4. The staff make sure that you do get your money worth from dining there.
The negative points are the following:
1. It was a Friday night.
2. We we're a group of eight people.
3. We got there at 6pm. The hostess said it would be an hour to an hour in a half, before we could be seated. So, no problem as we understand that from being a big party. Our problem started after an hour and a half. As the Hostess was seating other big groups who just walked in the door. I went up to the hostess station and asked what was going on? We got two different answers from two different hostesses. One hostess said it would be another 30 minutes until we could be seated. But we saw other big groups being seated ahead of us. Which didn't set well with us. Lucky one of the managers walked up to the hostess station. She heard what was going on and it didn't set well with her as well. Because the hostesses should be on the same page about seating groups.
4. We got they're at 6:00 p.m. and was not seated until 7:50. So, yes there is something wrong with that picture. We always goes there to eat and this is the first time we had a major problem.
5. Yes, I say problem because honestly there is no excuse for it whatsoever. Even being a party of eight versus a party of four.
In closing we still stood there and waited. Our bill was over $375.00.
We will continue to go back. But this one time experience was not a happy one for us.

This was our first time eating here. I can’t say that it will be our last but I won’t go out of my way & if there’s another option (the place right down the street with a similar menu) I would probably skip this place.
Walked in & it wasn’t busy. Asked for a booth, if at all possible. Apparently this was funny. The two gals up front took forever to talk/giggle with each other & then they finally decided to seat us. Our server was excellent. She was very busy with other tables but still took great care of us.
The food wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best either. Definitely not worth the price. The potato soup was great. The fries weren’t anything special. The mashed potatoes were dry, yet also gummy. The breading was falling off the chicken fried steak but the chicken fried steak tasted great & had very little gristle. The gravy didn’t have much flavor & the bread wasn’t a hit for us.
I’m happy we finally gave this place a try but I won’t be sad if we don’t go back which is sad because I really wanted to love it.

We had our Thanksgiving family dinner, a party of 14, here. The service was wonderful! We had the choice of the Turkey dinner special or something off the menu. The turkey slices were nice, thick, and juicy. The stuffing is not something we cared for. The ones that chose off the menu had a wonderful meal. The beef tips across from me did look delicious! Now... the pumpkin cheesecake was absolutely delectable! The atmosphere was nice. The tables are spaced nicely and not too close. We had two gift cards with two free $10 cards for a next visit (that were unfortunately left behind). We will definitely return again.
