The Bakery did an absolutely amazing job on a cupcake and cake order for our baby’s first birthday!!! Absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. Great price and friendly staff as well. Highly recommend!

Glad there are two other sams in ICT that the staff knows how to do their job.This location I have given four attempts to use the scan and go app that then advertise.Make your cafe order in the app Skip the line.On four separate occasions I've made my order in the app I've gone up to the register and waited in line because the first time I did it did my shopping showed up 20 minutes after my order they had not started the order, I was told that this location that you have to go check in first which defeats the purpose of the app to skip the line now I have to stand in the line to tell them hey start my order.Also this is obviously not the ideal way considering the other two locations do not do this.The last visit I go up to the register there are three people standing there ignoring me One is cutting pizza the other two are apparently new so they don't know how to do anything pretty sure they can cut a pizza then and the trainer should take care of the customers.Completely ignored by all three made eye contact multiple times, after 3 minutes of waiting for them to acknowledge my existence I go about my shopping 15 minutes later I come back up oh a mobile order we didn't know anything about that yeah we can get started on on that in about 10 minutes we got busy.... No. There were no orders on the counter when I was there 15 minutes beforehand... simply unacceptable train your staff or find new staff. Don't have that app as an option definitely don't promote it in the store as they are ruining it.Again it would be one thing if this was every Sam's experience but no it is this location of maize that exclusively has a problem with it.

Leonard at the Gas section was truly amazing. He washed my car windshield and I didn't even ask. He is definitely going above and beyond what he has to do. He made my day and I believe he needs a raise. I mean cmon that guy is sweating out im the heat just to make peoples day buy cleaning their windshields and helping out. Thanks Leonard you are amazing.

Customer service is a joke two ladies behind counter only 1 helping customers and the other one screwing off on the phone then off writing notes acting like busy then looking at cell phone we literally waited 15 to 20 minutes for the gal in front of us to finish with customer to help us next for a 4 second problem

I have been a Costco member for years, but after moving West, I chose to get a Sam's membership for comparison and convenience for gas. My biggest frustration is with gas prices at the West store. Prices are always significantly higher than the east store and often just a cent or two less than nearby stores. That discount does not justify the cost of a membership for me. I assume the east store is lower to compete with Costco. If I have to travel east to get decent gas prices, then I will likely drop my Sam's membership and keep Costco as it has a better selection of goods in all areas. Sam's Club please take notice and give your Westside customers the same cost as Eastside!

Shot out to Leonard at the Maize Rd Sam's Club. He cleaned my windshield while I pumped gas this morning. I don't think he has any idea how much I needed that unconditional act of kindness today. ? Be like Leonard!

This is my favorite Sam's Club location in Wichita. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, when the store is busy it's still easy to maneuver and buy your items. I highly recommend this Sam's location.

I would like to give a shout out to the gas attendant who was working today at 2:30PM. It was like I was at a full service gas station! He washed windshields while chatting with all customers at the pumps. I appreciated his help so much as we were on a long trip back home.
