The crust was ok and the pepperoni was bussin but that’s the only good thing I had to say about the pizza. Too much sauce and cheese tastes like Chuck E Cheese and I mean that in a bad way. Sorry.

When they brought Sbarro back through these Kwikshop locations I was excited to experience my childhood mall pizza again. And ill say I was very satisfied with it including the quality at that time.
However in the past year or so. Especially at this location it has become terrible. I occasionally stop by to grab it for lunch when I am in the area. And each time I have walked up to the counter, usually not acknowledged for some time despite being the only person there.
And to see that the only options available look like they have been sitting there for hours and even so dry that it looks like they could have been from the day before. Between that, and them sometimes not having things like breads ticks to go with the combos. And looking at you like you shouldn't have ordered a combo. Its just crazy. I miss the dude that worked here like a year ago. Great attitude, excellent service, and he kept things good quality.

Sbarro is BACK ON THE MAP!!! One of my favorite places to eat at the mall and have been craving them like crazy they have them in several kwick shops now so I am extremely excited the pepperoni Stromboli to die for!

Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.

I ordered a pizza that was listed on their website. After 45 minutes it was delivered. It was the wrong pizza. I called and they said they no longer carry the pizza that I ordered so they sent a totally different type. I re-ordered and wait for the delivery that never came and when I called them again they said I would have to pick it up! I will never be back! Terrible experience!
