My favorite pizza ever finally back in Wichita! I hope they stay. The pizza is good and if you want it, you’ll know the hours. Just go around lunch time, it’ll be open. You can also order through online and pick up so you’ll know when it’s open. It makes sense why their hours are the way they are, and how the store works. Just take a second to understand something outside of yourself. There’s only two people working at a time. They always work great! I assume the manager is a great one to have. Thank y’all for working hard.

Says they’re open until 9 on google, call kwikshop (since they won’t pick their phone up) and the kwikshop employee informed me that they close at 8 because of staffing issues. Okay, sure. Call before 8 the next day, no one picks up until the third ring and by then it was after 7:30 and they said that they don’t make any pizzas after 7:30. Don’t waste your time with this place, Pizza Hut is right down the street and they actually know when they’re open and when they close.

Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.

I ordered a veggie slice online, but when I showed up at the pickup time, the employee had to look for my ticket and then told me they don't do veggie slices there. I had already paid for my slice. There was no phone number or immediate customer service option on the website, so I went back into the store and asked her to call the manager because I don't want to pay for something I didn't get, but I settled for a slice of cheese pizza. I'm very dissatisfied, though. It's not the employee's fault. If there's an option that's not available, it shouldn't be offered on the website to order for pickup, or they should have all the options that are listed on the website available at each and every store. It's ridiculous and was a very bad customer service experience. Conversely, a couple of weeks ago at the 21st and Oliver store, I ordered a veggie slice in-house, they prepared it, and it was absolutely delicious! So, I was disappointed I didn't have that experience again.

Good luck reaching Sbarros Pizzaat Oliver and Kellogg in Wichita, Ks by phone... the number listed when you google them is for the kwikshop they are inside of (and their employees were fruaterated to have to give Sbarro's number out, yet again)... I showed up anyway, and they were out of what I wanted... (which is why I tried to call ahead)... when I told the gal behind the counter that the number online was incorrect, she pointed at the sign with the business hours and phone number listed at the bottom. I told her that doesn’t help when someone is looking online for their number, she said "oh well!" She was so rude, I didn't end up getting anything...Extremely Disappointed!!!(Normally a way better experience)
