Just grabbed some Schlotzkys with the family. We had some issues with a coupon online and so we went inside to order. The staff were so helpful and the food was really great. Definitely recommend the Baked Potato Soup, reminds me of Mcallisterâs
Also, shout out to Caitlyn (spelling?); she went above and beyond to serve our family.
Give emâ a look next time, theyâve got some killer deals on the app and the food tastes great.

WE GOT ANOTHER ONE ... REVIEW THAT IS So on my last visit I brought my family again. This time my son wanted his pizza 4 his birthday :) Katilyn went above and beyond to make him happy as she knows how he likes his pizza!! Amazing service once again! Then CJ added his awesome customer service and it was another great visit!!!!
EDIT:: ANOTHER VISIT TODAY :) I was met with the same smile and great energy by Katilyn, and this time, JT. Pizzas are scrumptious!! Again, my children are satisfied and eating away right now. I'm awesome, no cooking for me, and as always, CUSTOMER SERVICE TOP TIER. O yeah, Kaitlyn told me of all the perks with the app so yes I downloaded :) Thanks again. I have a blast everytime I walk thru these doors. Just amazing!!!
Katilyn, if I'm remembering names correctly, is the manager and Nick are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Nick was so patient as I had 21 questions like 50 cent lol, and she either answered or found the answer. Katelyn, manager, helped so much because there were some hiccups, but she went above and beyond to fix issues. This was my first time trying along with my children. The pizzas with that mac & cheese have my children satisfied on a Friday night!! Yesss!!! Customer service was AWESOME! Thank you both for a wonderful 1st time experience!!! I hope you all enjoy your shift ! See you again real soon :)

It has been years since I have ate at Schlotzky's and my experience yesterday reminded me, I need to go more often for the service with CJ and the food. When my family walked in CJ was nice and cracking jokes at my husband for wearing his Chief's hat. He would come over and check on us after we got our food to make sure everything was okay. Moved a table to our booth so we had room with our toddlers. He engaged with my toddlers and they liked him too. I forgot I had had asked what his favorites were because I typically choose one of the first four sandwiches and kind of wanted something different. The Fiesta be recommended was really good! It has been awhile I feel like I had great service like that! I'm honestly going to make sure I go out of my way to go to this Schlotzky's from now on when I'm craving a sandwich even though I live closer to a different one. Give CJ a raise for his amazing customer service!

Food is usually good when they get it right...it's a 50/50 shot if you ask for no onion and they do it. Worse thing is the wait time. Past three times I have waited in the drive through over 15 minutes for my 2 sandwiches..with one or 2 cars ahead of me. Great food and people are nice and always apologize but just irritating.
Came in to do their 5 dollar pizza deal after 5 pm and the guy who is the cashier for today was awesome. His name was CJ really cool and brings great energy. Dude is doing a good job

Everyone here is super kind, food is always on point. The girl with pink hair that is there all the time is always the nicest, she deserves a raise. Never too busy so hanging out in the lobby is never a mess. Great business overall 5/5, 10/10.

I was going to let this go but it really bothered me.. Sunday night I had a heavy set girl mid 30s with glasses have the rudest attitude towards me the moment I spoke.. slammed things as she was getting the food and when I asked for parmesean she cut me off and said "ITS IN THE BAG!" and then i also asked for ranch.. she slammed things again and shoved the bag at me.. not sure what I did for service like that but I won't be back... love the food but that was an awful 15min experience.
