I went to pick up food for my coworker and there was a cup there so I assumed it was part of her order too. I went to try to get a fountain drink and an employee (Katelynn) rudely came up to me and snatched the cup out of my hand and said “thats not even yours” I tried to explain the situation and she didn’t care to listen or apologize for her behavior. I understand having a bad day.. that doesn’t mean you have to spread your negativity. I hope your day gets better Katelynn.

The door sign states close is at 9pm. The cashier looked irritated as we walked in at 750pm.....she turned up her face and sternly to let me know that the Lobby closes at 8.So..What are the hours? Nothing posted says Lobby closes at 8.The little See U n Toledo was rude, and a total witch...if she wants to close down operations at 8pm. Then please post it on door.Due to her attitude and demeanor...I chose to leave without ordering.I am sure you can do business with out me. But with continued Customer Service ( or lack there of) from your girl up front....good luck.I will not be returning to Schlotskys

3 strikes and you're out. This was our third order and the worst service yet. The first two orders both missed the jalapeno cheese bread, this last order got the bread right, but left out our chips and dipping sauce. I double checked the order and we paid for them, but did not receive. All of our orders have been take out, so I cannot comment on Atmosphere. I really like Schlotzky'sb, but we will not be returning to the east Central location.

Ordered food online at 8:00 went to pick my food up and they were closed. Chris the manager would not help me and claimed that I was late to pick my food up when I called him the next day. I had to escalate the situation to corporate with phone screenshots for the time I ordered and arrived. My money was then refunded, however management needs to address the business closing outside of posted operation hours.

Avoid this establishment. Over the past year EVERY order has been incorrect.I like the food but I give up on this place. Take the time to drive to another location if your wanting this food.Dietary restrictions: They restrict your diet by not giving you what you order.
