My boyfriend and I came in tonight and split a 5$ pizza. The pizza itself was wonderful, and it was fast out. The best part about going there was the service! The woman who took our order (whose name i believe was Tiana and if I'm getting it wrong I deeply apologize!) Was absolutely wonderful! We had been running around wichita all day and she gave the best customer service out of the whole day. She made our evening!

I tried to get food tonight and went to the drive through and there was no one there to help me. I sat waiting to order for a few minutes and then went to the window to see if there was anyone to help me and still no one was there. The backdoor was open so I know someone was inside but maybe just ignoring me I don't know. I came there 30 mins before close not even that close to close. I work in a resurant and understand you are trying to close and maybe don't want new customers at that time but it not like I went there 5 minutes before close. If you are open customers should still be allowed to order very disappointing.

The restaurant was very clean. The service was wonderful and the food was fantastic. Shelby Was very friendly and courteous. We got an original sandwich and a chicken avocado flatbread. They were both fresh and warm. The atmosphere is very pleasing at this location.

Shelby was so professional, kind, sweet and helpful. My first time at Schlotzsky’s and it was amazing! Store is incredibly clean as well. Thank you Shelby!
Food was old and crumbled while trying to eat it. One guy said "they must be watching the budget at this location." I completely agree. No icing on the cinnamon rolls at all. I strongly don't recommend this location. It will ruin it for you and be a waste of money.

Top-notch customer service! The lady at the window (possibly manager)and the young man who took the order in the drive-through were both wonderful. I received the wrong sandwich, and I don’t necessarily know that it was their fault. I honestly may have picked the wrong number off the menu. I came back for the correct sandwiches, and they were gracious, kind, and did not make me pay for them. I insisted that I could pay, and that it may have been my mistake in ordering. He said it was their fault, which I am still not sure it was, but I appreciate that kind of customer service. I like this location and the people they have working for them! Keep it up!!! THANK YOU!!?
