They don’t take walk up orders. I stay at the Marriott that they are IN the parking lot off, but I don’t have a car when I travel. They wont serve you coffee without being in a car. They had NO LINE, 3 employees yelling loudly about the “cops” and apparently they won’t serve me coffee because I wasn’t in a car. Weird.

good service but I needed an itemized receipt for a large order and I have not been able to get one after a month of trying. They do not even have a functioning phone number. So there is no way to reach anyone at the store.

Visited Scooter's first time along with my friend for a morning coffee cravings and it was a good experience.Food and Service both are good. But why dont attend the person not on wheels? Logical reason?

The baristas were so rude. I ordered a carmelicious and was the only person in line. There were 4 workers standing inside I gave them my card and she said your drink will be out in a min. I can SEE my drink sitting on the counter and they’re just standing there talking with the window shut. It wouldn't have been an issue but I was in a hurry. I sat there for a good 3 min waiting for them to hand me the drink that was ALREADY MADE SITTING BY THE WINDOW. highly don’t recommend.

I seen this Scooters half way down the block from where we were staying and thought a coffee sounded good. I made the walk over and they refused to serve be because I wasn’t in a vehicle. SO STUPID!!!

The service is fast and employees are friendly. The product is delicious. Thank you for the free coffee in October . I like the quick drive up service. Nice and tidy place. The yard is well kept and most of all plenty of room to drive up to. The nitro coffee is great!

A convenient downtown Wichita Scooter’s just north of 2nd Street on Washington. I only go for the Kiosk coffee spots when short on time but wanting a good drink, and Scooter’s is the most dependable for that. My last drink was an Iced Pumpkin Caramelicious and it was a good caffeinated treat for fall. My online order wasn’t started until I arrived and reminded the staff of it so ordering ahead doesn’t seem to make a difference here. However, I’ve received some courteous service here and like the location. This is a Scooter’s worth trying for anyone in the Old Town area.
