Shop is clean. Doesn’t smell. I got the waygu ground beef for $12 a pound and it was bomb. Meat comes local from Kansas. It was yummy! And worth the price. Tons of seafood too. They have local honey, snacks, And lots of free samples!
Been frequenting this fish shop for years, even when they were over on Central. Their fish is always very fresh floating in that day or at least weekly. I just have one little small request. Please don’t put so much salty seasoning on your smoked salmon. Before you start putting it in the containers and it was so good With just the right amount of seasoning. You smoke salmon very well and it doesn’t need a lot of help. Meaning, a lot of seasoning. The stuff you’ve been putting...
