Been going to side pockets for years but the past few times I’ve went hasn’t been great. Took my wife there for lunch for our anniversary and to shoot some pool. We get 1 hr to play pool if you order food. We started playing pool but the table is broke for starters and balls keep getting stuck and cue ball just shoots out the side. Also a family next to us has a table eating lunch but we keep getting tangled up while we play and have to avoid hitting them with the cue sticks. Not a big deal though we’ll just ask to move over a table out of respect for them and so that way we can get a better pool table this time around. So we ask for a new pool table and the lady server we have says it’s not a big deal and she’ll be back. So now we’re eating our food and burgers we’re burnt badly and at this point we’re both waiting on refills. Then we get up and go ask again about the pool table, once again we’re told that she’ll get with us but then another 20 mins go buy and still nothing. No refills to help wash down these burnt burgers or even to open up another pool table so we can play, we have already been there for a hr or more at this point so we just give up and finally get the bill and when the server came not once did she mention opening the pool table or refills to go at least so we leave no tip. I get it’s normal to forget and get busy but it was Monday at about 12:30pm so it wasn’t a full house and there is no reason why I should have to ask multiple times. With the bad experiences I’ve had with them the past few times makes me not want to go back.

Had a work party here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The overall vibe was positive and we had a great time. Drinks seem fairly priced. Lots of pools tables and some dartboards.

While this place is a good place to go to to shoot pool and grab some good food the service is touch and go. Some nights when it's slower they are on point but when it gets busy you're more than likely not going to see your server. I don't think they schedule enough people to work busy nights and the bartender constantly gets behind because half the time I only see one working.
Service sucked. Food sucked. 25 minutes to get a beer. 25 minutes to get wings. Not busy at all. Worst time ever. Since management has changed, place sucks. All about high priced beers and food. Been going there since they opened. Now, not so much. The manager never walked the floor once! Not once!! How you have falken!!!

Super fun and relaxing place to grab a cold one! The stuff is amazing and the good is the bomb. Come grab some awesome drinks and food here,while you rock a game of pool on their huge selection of tables ?
Side Pockets is always our friend groups go to on week days and weekends. We always look to find Krystal’s section. She is great, always on top of her section, and remembers our drink orders before we even sit down. Always has a smile and is making us laugh. She’s 10/10

Food is decent bar grub, plenty of pool, billards, and darts options. Multiple screens to watch the game. Honestly the place would be great, but the service.The service is probably some of the slowest I have ever experienced. I am unsure if they are understaffed or what, but if you see your waiter/waitress order everything you need because you will not see them again for an hour, if at all. It's even frustrating to tab out, because they just drop off the face of the earth.I have been here multiple times on different days of the week, the service being this slow is the case Every. Single. Time.

Kim, Madi, & Ashley are Fantastic bartenders and ensure to keep your drinks filled.The food is great! I highly recommend the grilled chicken wrap ? and The Yang AKA Brownie n Ice cream. ❤️Yang

The place has recently changed. Adults are now being carded as they enter the doors and if they do not have a driver's license, they are not allowed to drink. My family stopped in to play pool and have a couple of drinks. Even though I am over 50 years old, I was not allowed to drink since I didn't have my card with me. Very frustrating! The employees at the front are also not nice about the new policies either!
