Food is usually amazing here. Today was not it! We didn't receive part of our order, there was a hair on the toast, and our chicken was cold with an unappealing burnt taste. We could not finish the meal it tasted so bad. Going through the drive thru always takes a long time, but we usually overlook that since the food usually comes out hot and fresh. Don't think we will be in a rush to come back anytime soon. What a disappointment.

We waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a Uber Eats pickup because the store notes (not from Uber, mind you) says:
“We are asking all 3rd party pickups to use the drive thru until further notice.”
Cool. So we wait. And wait. And wait.
Finally get to the window and the girl (the one we told we were picking up an UE order) says “It’s policy that you have to come inside.”
I show the manager the notes, and with the confidence of someone enforcing international law to tell us we have to come in rather than than follow the instructions.
I guess “until further notice” means “until I feel like contradicting myself.”
If you ever want your food sometime this week, I recommend picking literally any other restaurant. Particularly one that doesn't waste their customers time.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through for the smallest portion of Mac and cheese that cost $10. When at the window I watched 5 workers stare at the screen doing nothing to speed up the process.

I like slims they are alright, they have a pretty good chicken strip lots of choices for meal sizes and good desserts and shakes. I enjoy the 3 and 3 meal with strips and wings with or without sauce.

First time here. There was a line of cars around the building, it was so busy. We got our food really quickly dining in, so I don't understand why the chicken wasn't hot. That was a good-looking chicken sandwich with a lukewarm, semi chewy piece of chicken on it. The flavor was good the fries had some seasoning on them that made them real tasty. All the tables were dirty but that's understandable they were busy. Nobody working there was rude but nobody was friendly, it was meh...
Come on now slims chicken u gotta be kidding me with these little tiny chicken fingers $11 for 3 piece basket it was Seasoned and all but it wasn’t worth it. Service was awesome I’ll give u the great customer service

Ordered from here the other night. The sauces were so good but the chicken was a little chewy. The pieces are slimmer than other chicken places, but they just seemed a little over done. It could have been the time we placed the order, so we will try again. Their fries were hot and fresh, and the bread was tasty. I’m looking forward to trying that banana pudding jar. It looks so good! Thank you guys for a good meal.

I just wouldn't eat here 💯 the back of house where everything is cooked and prepared is nasty they don't care enough to clean. Time and time again I've seen cross contamination between work stations no one ever washes their hands or changes gloves. They don't care about the quality of the food time and time and time again I've watched them send out half cooked chicken only to have it sent back. The people Cooking don't care how long it takes for your food to get to you or if it's fully cooked or not your just a customer and a burden to them they could really care less about you as a customer 💯💯💯💯.
