Today is the second time I’ve received cold food. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich about 11:45 this morning. Crew is very friendly, when I’ve eaten inside all is clean. I hate wasting money on a cold chicken sandwich. Why, if everything is made fresh!

I've only been by once, it was a while back, but let me just say this; thank you for introducing me to the fact that I absolutely love fried pickles (coins are better than spears though). The food is great, the service and atmosphere are great too; my only complaint is that there's only one location, and it's faaarrrr...especially for those who have to travel either on foot or by lackluster-at-best public transit (yes like myself). Not much of a complaint, but I'd wager that it does limit consumer turnout to a fashion...

Lady taking our order was friendly and have recommendations. After receiving our meal, I noticed a black curly hair in my food. I told the girl bringing out the food, I wasnt sending it back but just giving a heads up that they might want to wear hair nets in the kitchen. She then comes back and tells me that they have to take the food back and replace it. So I complied. They bring me out a sandwich with sauce on the chicken. I kindly told her this was not my order. She took it back and brought me another sandwich, this time without any cheese. My husband then took my order up there (4th time) and the gentleman had an attitude and threw on a slice of cheese. I wasnt going to return the sandwich, just wanted to give a heads up to the cooks, but these continually mess ups ruined the entire experience and the attitude at the end was not needed.

I spent a $100 & didn't even get everything I ordered. And to be honest— it wasn't even that good. This place is like a more expensive Zaxbys. You can eat at Chillis and pay less than what you'd pay here. It’s not terrible, but it's definitely not worth the money, and the service is mid.

Ordered wrap meal with sweet red chili sauce, fries and a drink for delivery. The wrap and fries was really good, due to the delivery driver for GH didn't get my drink but not restaurant fault. Really good food

They served my wife and I cold bread and fries. I asked if they'd warm them up, the girl came back and said they couldn't because we already ate some. I said. So we're to eat this cold food? She said, sorry. Sorry indeed!

Could have some better flavor options for the chicken itself. Kinda bland on the breading. Titty meat wad already juicy.

We came around 11:45 on a Sunday. The person taking our order talked super quiet and was hard to hear. He also had no clue what I meant when I said I wanted grilled chicken due to a gluten allergy. Ordering was a fiasco. And then our grillled chicken for myself and kids was cold. As was our fries.
