Came in today to try em out. Had the smoked sausage, brisket and a slab of ribs. The meat was moist, tender and has a great smoked flavor. Thank you Phil and Chris it was excellent.

I grabbed lunch from Smokehouse ICT for our office today. As advertised, the brisket and pulled pork were tender and delicious and the sausages we just the right amount of heat. One of the surprise favorites though were the baked beans (which I personally am normally not a big fan of). Service was friendly and seemed to treat everyone around like he'd known them for years. We'll be back!

Theres a lot of hyoe surrounding this place. Let me tell you its well earned. The food is very good, everyone there is super approachable and fun to talk to. I got brisket, pulled porked and smoked sauasage with potato salad and mac n cheese as sides. Plenty of food, sides were very good. I must add potato salad is made there not that store bought trash people try to pass off as potato salad. There would be photos if I hadnt eaten like a wild animal that's never had smoked meats before.

Definite must try bbq in Wichita. Great beans, large chunks of fat back and a variety of beans. Smoked Mac was tasty with a bit of spiciest. Nice portion of smoked meats on the brisket and the pork (Sammie). Was impressed that the brisket sandwich was mostly sliced brisket. Look forward to going back to trying their smoked salmon and the banana bread. I was told it has bacon and whiskey and it is smoked too.

The barbecue here is awesome!I ordered a pound of brisket and while I was waiting the two young ladies were very pleasant and offered me free samples of their sides. I'm not a potato salad fan but the baked beans and the baked macaroni and cheese are amazing. I went ahead and ordered a quart of each to take home and my wife and I loved them. It looks as though they still have some work to do putting the place together but the food is first rate.
