ordered two sodas and a milkshake. there were definitely a decent amount of cars, but we waited 30 minutes and then pressed the button to ask about our order and were sassed by a female employee and promptly ignored then told “it’ll be out in a minute” with an attitude. we ended up having to leave because we had other places to be and couldn’t wait 30+ minutes for a couple drinks.

I was attempting to pick up a door dash order for a customer. The drink was a diet cherry coke with fruit add-ons. I arrived approximately between 2:55 pm and 3:00 pm. I entered a stall and told one of the employees the name on the order. At approximately 3:08 pm I still haven't received my order. I contacted and asked how much longer for the order. I asked for an individual to come to the stall because we couldn't hear each other. One of the employees came out and I showed them the order on door dash. After some time another employee, the manager, came out and I asked what was the issue. She stated that the order went to someone else. The manager came out and stated the order was given to someone else. I asked for the order and she stated she was not going to make it. I then stated the order has not been confirmed and I needed. She stated again that she was not going to make it. I demanded the order immediately. I went to the walk in stall asking for the manager. She stepped out and gave me my order and told me to leave. I raised my voice and stated that they needed to pay attention to where the orders to go. Other fast food establishment ask to see the door dash order to verify who the order is going to. Please tell your employees to visually verify the orders before handing them to customers.

The burger was great, the tots sucked. I paid for chilli and cheese and literally barely got a drop of either and the tots were almost cold. Which was weird cause the burger was hot and fresh. It was super busy and there were drunk idiots everywhere outside their cars being loud and ignorant. But the carhop lady was awesome.

Every time I come up here it always takes 20 minutes or longer to order a single item then I get the foot long Coney and they never put enough chili or cheese on it they halfway do it this is coming from a person that used to work at Sonic you got to put a scoop of chili and a handful of cheese they never do it and I got pictures to back it up this is ridiculous I'm paying my money for some that should be good quality and I'm getting cheated and I got three different pictures from three different times that I came and got the Coney's
