Managment here is a joke. Ordered on the app. MOD had no grasp of what was going on in the kitchen and has no idea how long the food would take but said it would be over 30 mins, after already waiting 20 mins. This is fast food people... Get new management or properly train those you have in place. Occurred 11/28/24 @ 6:30 pm.
The employees of 47th and Seneca do not know how to read and the management is super slow. Don't waste your time at this location.

i asked for a reeses shake in the drive thru and the worker didn’t understand what i was saying. i repeated myself like 3 times and they said “a vanilla shake?”. after a while another worker took my order form the drive thru and they could hear me perfectly fine so i think the worker was just
