Did an order ahead on the app. Requested a drink carrier because we had a large order to take home. Lady came out with a big sack and no drink carrier. My husband thinking he didn't have to check the sack because it should be right Sat the sack on the floor so he could hold drinks so I could drive. Get all the way home and multiple items we missing. Turning around and heading back kept getting a busy tone when we tried to call the store. Hit the button in the stall and told them some of my order was missing. They were going to send someone out. 10 minutes of waiting I hit the red button again. They come running out with my food. It was cold. They said it was under the heat lap. I had already waited so long. That they should have made it fresh and I wasn't going to wait because my other food was at home getting cold and the drinks watered down. It took 1 hour from ordering the initial food to being back home to eat my cold dinner.

I live the Chili cheese coney. BUT I don't recommend getting the big 1. Because last few times I got it there was literally like no way to pick it up and eat it. U kinda gotta use like a fork or smth. It's also soggy. I know that because I got it then went home and opened it up to a soggy bread soaked chili dog. But love it nonetheless.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and a sweet tea. When the waitress came out to hand us our food, she was very unprofessional, had a disgusted look on her face and shook her head as she walked away after I said ‘thank you! Have a great day’ - got home and the burrito was ok - it was prepared on the small side and the drink was the complete opposite of a sweet tea. I’m not sure what it is. But it’s disgusting and taste like something is rotting in it.
