I went to the tag office yesterday and had a better experience than I did at this Sonic.
When ordering a burger with only ketchup, that is what should be placed in the bag. We made it a few blocks and my lactose intolerant daughter bit into her CHEESEBURGER. Flipped around and had them remake it. They made the second burger with cheese. On the third attempt, they FINALLY got it right.
Also, clean your screens. It it ridiculous how filthy they are.

Service was great, and the food was fine. It's a fast food restaurant so I don't expect a whole lot but this one is pretty good! Staff is friendly and some even wear the rollerskates when bringing out the food. Check it out!

We live just north of this Sonic, and I'm not sure who does the hiring, but find the kids who actually want to work and provide a service. I'm not saying the food is bad, but my family just walked away without drinks bc someone didn't care enough to give a damn. I don't want an apology or a response. Just make it more enjoyable to come there
When i first pulled in, all the screens were turned off. I used pre-order via the sonic app and it still took 10 to 15 minutes for anyone yo come to the car and when a carhop did she stood outside the car awkwardly until I looked up to see her. Afterward, the fries were soggy and old. The burger had little flavor and tasted as if it were several days old. Overall, I was severely disappointed.

I've tried to coming here 6times now and 'EVERYTIME' I have it's sucks! The hot dogs are ones that have been sitting under the lamps for way too long, and my fries are hot but over cooked, this last time the friend pickles was crispy on the outside and the pickle was limp and slimy! Really gross 🤢 For how much they charge I shouldn't have to choke down they food!

Walked up to the front to order on foot since we were pulling a trailer. Was told they were only accepting online orders. I called the manager on the phone and he said they were too busy to accept orders in person and I had to use the app. I asked if they were accepting orders in the drive through. He said yes but something about online orders. I ended the call and drove off. This is the kind of service level that causes me to drive right by Sonic next time (and every time after that) and choose a different place.
