Walked up to the front to order on foot since we were pulling a trailer. Was told they were only accepting online orders. I called the manager on the phone and he said they were too busy to accept orders in person and I had to use the app. I asked if they were accepting orders in the drive through. He said yes but something about online orders. I ended the call and drove off. This is the kind of service level that causes me to drive right by Sonic next time (and every time after that) and choose a different place.

2nd time in a row I've ordered the same meal and when I get home to find out the burger is the exact opposite of what I ordered. How hard is it when I say no tomato no pickles and it's a double cheese burger to find out you gave me a single cheese burger with tomato and pickles.

Literally every time we’ve ordered food here they mess it up. We had to grab something quick due to an event we were going to. We Just ordered a simple cheeseburger with mustard ketchup and pickles. Emphasized NO onion. Got home and it was piled with onions, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. Also, it was stone cold and we live 1 minute away. It went in the trash.

Ordered a footlong chili dog, the hot dog had to be weeks old and felt like bitting rubber. Thanks for making me wait 20 mins and giving me food that no human could eat.

It's Sonic. The food was as it usually is; good but never 5 star, great. The service was annoying. It seemed like the guy taking my order was doing some kind of schtick. He just kept saying, "Oooooh, k!" After everything I said, even when I had a question. I gave them 3 stars because despite the annoyance, they actually got my entire order correct. As far as atmosphere, or was a fast food drive-thru. Not much atmosphere to be had.
Horrible! Minimum 20 minute wait for drinks!!!! Have to ask for spoons and napkins because they won't give them to you otherwise. Drinks are mostly carbonated water, very little syrup. Lots of attitude and you can tell nobody wants to be there. Done with this location!!!!
Groove Fries are the worst!! Grocery Store frozen fries are lots better. Hard over cooked and just the worst.

I think they get over worked. They seemed upset and frustrated and I think I was even called something inappropriate but hey. I'd probably be upset too if I worked at sonic Where the work load is over run by the number of employees. Food quality was very poor. I don't think I can ever come back.

Waited for 1 hour to get 2 drinks. We even rang in a couple times asking what’s going on. Meanwhile 15+ people going through drive thru way faster. Disgrace. No apologies or anything.
