I ordered a sundae and a Sonic Blast through the delivery app. They cheated me, the ice creams came with 90% whipping cream, the app didn't refund me because you can barely see the difference between the whipping cream and the ice cream in the cup. It was very inconsiderate to the customer, they could have warned them that they didn't have the product instead of making a joke like this.

I ordered a rt 44 cherry sprite slush in the drive through. The lady repeated back "rt 44 cherry slush". I replied "no. A rt 44 cherry sprite slush". Got to the window and she presented me with a rt 44 cherry slush. I reminded her again rt 44 cherry sprite slush. She took my money, walked around the corner for 3 seconds then handed me a rt 44 cherry slush. And closed the window without giving me my change. I called them when I got home and asked for a manager. I'll be damned, the person that served me was the manager. She claimed that the order was right. She is very deceitful and has no business working in any kind of service industry. TERRIBLE!!!
