Place was terrible, we ordered and bacon burgers & a chicken sandwich and they all ended up being made wrong while being served cold they didn’t even add bacon to the two burgers but added tomato, lettuce & mayo when they were EXPLICITLY told not to add! I love Sonic but I’m never going back to this location

With no one helping them either
Finally got tired of waiting and drove off

I love the food and the people are nice but I’ve realized how long it takes to get the food is unreasonable, I waited around 25 to 30 minutes to get my food and my drink which once I got that my drink ended up being wrong which was disappointing. This has happened the last couple of times I’ve been here I just don’t believe this is the location to go to.

Every time I come here my food is terrible. I always spend around 30.00 because we order as an office and our food is always overcooked or old! The service is great but the food is terrible. 😔

Had an online pickup. Pressed red button. Got confirmation of order. Waited ten minutes for 2 drinks and then hit red button again. Asked for manager. Manager finally came out with the 2 drinks after 14min. Asked what the confusion was and she stated she couldn't see the order, sorry. and walked off. Communication would have been nice. Sat Dec 21st around 4pm.

The worst Sonic in the area consistently order after order after order. The customer service is terrible, the workers have no sense of pleasantries and have an attitude of not even wanting to be there. The food and quality is worse. How do you make someone wait 10 minutes for chicken strips and proceed to give them burnt re-fried chicken strips. 0/10 would not recommend, stay far away.

Ordered on the app and still had to wait 25 mins for 2 drinks. Not that many cars on the stalls but drive thru was moving. I understand how it works as I was once a manager for them so I would say that was very unacceptable.

I would love to rate the food but we came about 1pm on a Sunday they weren't very busy, placed our order on bay 12 the handicapped stall ...number two and a number sixteen....we waited and waited...watched other cars get their food that parked in stalls after us watched the drive thru get all their food. Twenty minutes later pushed the button to ask where our food was and nobody even knew we ordered. So instead of waiting another 20 minutes I just took my business else where...so service was below par...maybe we should of went through drive thru since they actually got their food but we will not eat at sonic again

Ordered slushes and my strawberry slushes had no strawberry juice in them so it tasted just like the slush mix, plain and strawberry chunks way at the bottom of cups even after we tried to mix them, it was the same outcome.

Set 15 minutes trying to order at the speaker no one answered, ended up calling them and asked what the problem was and they said they were short on staff. And if I order now it would take another 20 minutes. I understand their problem if they're short on staff that they should put a note on the speaker or at least let their customers know. I will never go there again for that reason

Went there this morning to grab a quick bite of breakfast before I take my car to the shop to get repaired and I ordered the number 18 which is the brioche sandwich with bacon you won't believe what I got I had two pinky sides of strip of bacon a old slice of cheese and a greasy egg cold tater tots for $8.30 I took it back I would never eat here again

My drink was a limeade it had simple syrup and ice and 2 halves of a lime. Ah yes it is very flat!!!!
The corn dog must have been fixed in microwave. It was soggy and not very hot at all... no one offered to resolve or clear up the problem...
If someone is brand new have her shadow someone an extra shift....concerned customer.....

I was just here and went to DRIVE THRU for mozzarella sticks. Came to $4.29. she ask me " do you want your change back".. uhh duh yess of course. Really? I mean it's already a buck for each stick and now they want to keep your change? How rude!! AND she only gave me back 36 cents back and I called her out on it. I asked how much the total was again? $4.29 she said. And she said that that was the correct change back... 36 cents. So I guess they are Nichol and diming the customers. Not cool!!
